Decent Stay with Kind Staff, but Needs Better Maintenance. I recently stayed at ADH Amilia Gardens, and while the hospitality of the staff was warm and welcoming, there are several areas where the property needs improvement. First, I want to appreciate the in-charge person, who was very kind and helpful throughout the stay. The staff treated us well and made sure we were comfortable with whatever resources were available. However, despite their good service, the overall maintenance of the place is not up to the mark. The rooms were not well-maintained, and the beds were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The hygiene levels were not satisfactory, with dust in the corners and bedding that didn't feel very fresh. The washrooms were also not in great condition, with plumbing issues and a lack of proper cleanliness, which was quite disappointing. The property has potential, as it is located in a peaceful area, but it definitely needs better upkeep, improved hygiene, and more comfortable facilities to match its service. If they work on these aspects, it could be a much better place to stay. Overall, I would say it's okay for a short stay if you're not too particular about comfort and cleanliness, but I do hope they improve their maintenance soon.

Worst Experience This is not a hotel room, rather can be called as Slum hut. Not able to upload pics which we have taken. Room is v dirty with cockroaches and rats. All doors and windows are filled with fungus. After making advance payment the owner absconds and never received any phone calls. The do frama of refund conversation but dont care attitude. Day service guy is dont care attitude while night service guy just comes yo his room eat, drink and smoke a lot disturbing others and sleeps till 9am and goes. This dirty room is not worth even for a 5rs public toilet also. Ppl please don't believe online pics and get cheated. Owner is fraud and hiding

I stayed at this property on 5/6 April, and unfortunately, it wasn't a peaceful experience. There was a lot of noise from outside the G5 room, which made it hard to relax. I had to remind the staff multiple times about the running water issue, which was quite inconvenient. The bathroom door didn't have a proper lock. Check-in was also slow -- I had to wait some time at the reception to search for the staff. Overall, the property has potential, but it definitely needs better management and more professional staff to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. Hope to see improvements in the future.

My humble request to the owner that dont share the photos of the inauguration day of the hotel. Its one kind of defalcation. We are travelling with the family. Imagine yourself at our position and think what will happen if you see at 11 pm that that the room is a house of cockroaches. You have asked me to send the picture of cockroaches. Why dont you inspect your property regularly? Please either make a huge renovation to the property or stop letting it. Please!

0 Star I recently stayed at Amilia Garden Hotel with my family, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences we've had. Here are the major issues we faced: 1. **Rooms Not Clean**: The rooms were filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. 2. **No Hot Water**: There was no hot water available throughout our stay, which was highly inconvenient. 3. **Very Dirty Rest Room**: The restrooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic. 4. **Used Clothes in Cot**: We found used clothes on the cot, which was completely unacceptable. 5. **No Door Lock for Bathroom**: The bathroom had no door lock, compromising our privacy. 6. **Fake Reviews on Google**: The positive reviews on Google seem to be fake, as they do not reflect the true condition of the hotel. 7. **Worst Stay in Mysuru**: This has been the worst stay we've ever had in Mysuru. 8. **Very Unprofessional Staff**: The staff were very unprofessional and unresponsive to our complaints. 9. **Not Recommended**: This hotel is not recommended for families or even a single person. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at Amilia Garden Hotel. The poor hygiene, lack of basic amenities, and unprofessional behavior of the staff made our stay extremely unpleasant.

Went recently good staff and clean rooms also the owner was very friendly well managed Family also enjoyed there well.

Very poor facility, no cleanliness Do not waste your time and money with this hotel.. Totally fraud, They show something else during online booking and when we reached the room are like the bathroom in very poor condition

We stayed there for just one night and paid around 3k the service and the room everything was worst no proper blanket no clean bedsheet, the room had bugs, worst experience
