I had booked rooms for fresh-up through WhatsApp and paid Rs. 1300 in advance. Unfortunately, due to a significant delay in our bus, we could only reach Mysore by 11 AM. I informed the hotel about our situation and that we wouldn't be able to make it. To my pleasant surprise, they refunded the full advance amount without any hesitation. I truly appreciate their understanding and professionalism. It's refreshing to experience such honest and considerate service. Highly commendable.

Budget friendly. Suitable for family also Walkable to palace, mysuru palace stop, market areas. Budget friendly restaurant around Rooms are nice. Good service Booking is so easy just phone call and book advance
Rooms are too small, no wardrobe. Bathroom is 1 feet above floor level not at all possible for elderly to get up/down. Hot water will be started only if you nudge the receptionist. Intercom doesn't work, you need to get down to reception for every small thing. Bedsheets and towels seems okay. TV has missing set top box, only after follow up they care to connect one(kept at reception) For included breakfast, they will take you to nearby restaurant and only offer limited menu. There is no ventilation in any of rooms.
Both 1st and 2nd floor all rooms full of bedbugs. When approached the reception he's means to say I'm the only person complaining. So irresponsible response I have had.It was worst experience I had altogether. Better to avoid
The Inn is very close to the main tourist attractions in Mysore. If you are looking for a hotel which is of 2-3 star you can opt for this. The inn provides food from a local food shop nearby which is bad. I would suggest to refrain from booking this inn with food rather food can be ordered online via zomato/swiggy. The overall experience is okay.
Property and location is good. But rooms are full of bedbugs. Horrible situation.
- The staff is very cooperative, nice, and helpful. - The location is perfect, within walkable distance from mysuru palace, zoo and bus stand. - Shopping and many restaurants available near by. - Rooms are small but comfortable. if you want to stay 24 hours in the room then avoid. - no kitchen is available in the hotel, but there is a veg restaurant opposite the place.
I stayed at this hotel with my family and overall had a pleasant experience. However, there are a few aspects worth mentioning. Firstly, we arrived at the hotel at 7:30 am, well before the standard check-in time of 11 am. Since we had reserved larger rooms suitable for three people, we had to pay an extra 1000 Rs to secure two additional rooms until our rooms were ready. These additional rooms were satisfactory but not exceptional. We essentially paid 1000 Rs for just a few hours' use. Our rooms were located on different floors, with one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. While the cleanliness of the first-floor room was average, the second-floor room was notably clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff, comprising three to four individuals, were exceedingly helpful and readily available upon request. Despite limited availability, they consistently assisted us, even providing a kettle for heating water for our baby and delivering tea and breakfast in the morning.
