Hotel Three Leaves

We, a group of 27 members stayed in this hotel on 02-12-2017. We had booked 9 rooms through a travel agent. Following are my observations. 1. There is no trained people to attend the guest's needs. 2. Person sitting in reception cannot properly communicate in English or Hindi. 3. No restaurant available in the hotel. 4. No drinking water available in rooms. 5. No bath towel available. When asked, answer was they do not provide towels. 6. Hot water was not available in 5 rooms. 7. There was no bucket or mug available in bath room. 8. Taps were not working properly. Water was not flowing properly though hand shower and overhead shower. Only tap for bucket was giving good flow. As bucket & mug is not available, it was of no use. 9. It looks like they have setup facilities for the sake of getting approval for running the hotel. Coffee maker and hair drier are available in rooms. But both are having EURO type plugs. But the room do not have even a single suitable socket. Sockets can accept only normal round plugs. 10. All rooms are fitted with TV. But no channels available as dish package is not recharged. All the points given above are true.... I strongly suggest not to consider this hotel for your stay in Mysore.

Consider my rating as 2.5! I will try to be as fair as possible in my review despite a not so good staying experience with them. What was not good: 1. The locks in almost every room are terrible. They just don't open properly and key keeps getting stuck. You have to keep calling room service to help you unlock or lock the room door. 2. Bed sheets had lint balls all over them. 3. The upkeep of the room and bathroom is not good. 4. There is no exhaust or window in the bathroom and thus it makes the room stink. 5. It is not a resort by any standard. Just a bunch of AC rooms built behind a marriage hall. 6. The only amenity you will find there is the swimming pool and quite honestly that was not very clean. 7. Overly expensive! We booked a room in this place for around 4800 rupees per night because we wanted to stay in a resort a little away from mysore. It just did not serve any purpose. It was neither a good resort, nor a good hotel. For the same price on the same day of Christmas, there were very good 4 star hotels available for the same price. It is not worth staying in this place for more than 2.5 K per night. What was good: 1. Rooms are spacious 2. They had hot water available in bathroom. 3. Furniture in the room is decent. 4. Breakfast was good. 5. AC cooling was good (although it was pretty noisy)

Our travel agent Trip factory book this hotel on our behalf. They have good interior but bad room service. Most furniture need repairs. Bathroom plumbing hardware not working or damage. Rooms not keep ready while check in like towels soap and remotes missing from rooms. Garden and swimming pool good. Food is good. They prepare jain food like jain sambhar and coconut chutney for us. So average hotel .

Remotely located from the main city. Ola and uber services are also not available. Spacious and beautiful rooms. Decoration is warm and nice. A pool to relax and a nice in premises garden. Perfect to spend some time in peace with loved ones. Away from all noises and traffic. Perfect for rest taking destination.

A clean place to stay. Staff are very courteous. A good responsive staff. Food served during breakfast and room service was quite good. Happy feeling. Location wise it is very convenient. so close to the historical place of Srirengapatnam where you have so many places like Krishna Sagar Dam, Tippu Palace, Gumbaaz, Ranganatha swamy temple etc.,

Had nice experience with Treebo Three Leaves in Mysore, there was big size clean and clear room. overall experience was very good. Food service was bit slow which needs to be improved however food quality was good. I would love to visit in Treebo Hotels.

The room services were very poor, no wifi, no current menu card and utter but confusion on what we ordered every dinner. Swimming pool was not clean at all. Good property but poor mngmt. Way out of town

We stayed here at this hotel during MTM mysore, the room was spacious and clean. The food was excellent. The hospitality from the front desk, from Ms.Michele and from Mr.Sharan was outstanding. The location and the front side garden is fantastic. The price also quite cheaper than any hotel in Mysore. Overall it was an excellent stay, thanks to the entire team.
