While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the service at this hotel is absolutely appalling. Even the simplest requests, like a bottle of water or an extra bedsheet, take an eternity to be addressed. What's worse, the staff is unapologetic and downright rude when you try to ask about the delays. For the price you're paying, this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. It feels like you're being made to beg for basic services. The only saving grace is the restaurant, where the food is decent and the staff is at least polite. However, that's not nearly enough to make up for the overall terrible experience. I would strongly advise against staying here--it's simply not worth the frustration.

The best hotel one could stay at in Mysuru if you like comfort, facilities and top of the class staff. had a wonderful stay with no problems or issues. the staff was polite helpful and very caring, from the receptionist to the bellboy to the security all were eager to help and make my stay as comfortable as possible. the complimentary breakfast was amazing and loved it a lot. they have an in house restaurant and spa that are top of the class. i would be stay at MPro whenever i visit Mysuru

We arrived early morning and requested for early check in which was gladly accommodated. Rooms were spacious and clean and concierge service took care of the bags. Hotel location is good and right on the ring road and very accessible. Free parking available on property. Good spa on 3rd floor with reasonable rates. Restaurant has a wide variety of business on the menu. Best part was the buffet breakfast which is just excellent. Will definitely recommend and return back next time in Mysore.

Amazing hospitality - had a group gathering for three days. Fantastic team, lovely layout of buffet, catering to the need of both veg and nonveg. Special mention to the front office team, and breakfast, room cleaning, room service, also good tq so much your careening

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mpro. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the amenities. The location is perfect, with easy access. The food price was a little bit high, but the breakfast was complimentary. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Terrible experience from property manager Deepak and Rashmi. I have been regularly booking M pro for my stay whenever in Mysore . I booked a suite room at M pro from 14-16th march 2025 and the experience this time was pathetic. They had allocated room 301 and the room had plumbing issue and broken shower tap in bathroom and after informing the front desk Deepak and Rashmi while going out at 6:00pm the team were unable to fix it and lied to us that it was fixed when we returned back at 10:30pm. When we asked us to relocate to different suite room the team is saying that other suite room they are unable to open and handyman is saying there is AC issue. At 12:00am midnight they are asking us to checkout with my infant as I have requested for full refund as they are unable to resolve the issue. This was supposed to be one of the good hotels , but now looks like incapable staff and lack of management oversight has made this hotel a cheap and third class hotel. A OYO hotel is far better maintained than this. When asked for management contact the owner of M pro the staff refused to provide the contact details. He should get to know the staff is not doing a good job.

Beyond the expectations. Amazing stay. Well mannered staffs and Front desk employees. Breakfast was superb and above the mark...maintained proper hygienes. We loved it. All the amenities were of top notch quality. We will definitely visit this hotel whenever we come again at Mysuru.
