I recently had the pleasure of staying at SUN & SAND Luxury Stays, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! As a newly built property, the rooms and the entire resort were immaculately clean, providing a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally cooperative and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Although there is no in-house restaurant, the resort offers a convenient option to order from their menu, and the food is delivered to your room with cutlery, which I found quite thoughtful. One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was their flexibility with check-in. Like most resorts, early check-in isn't typically available, but due to my travel schedule, I arrived at 8 AM. I decided to inquire about an early check-in option, and to my surprise, the staff checked room availability and offered me a temporary room (due to a guest's early checkout) to rest in until mine was ready. This level of customer care truly stood out! I highly recommend this place for several reasons: 1. The property is new, very neat, and clean. 2. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. 3. It's ideally located, just across the road from the beach, and only 500 meters from the Shiva statue. 4. All rooms are sea-facing, so you can enjoy the stunning sunset right from your balcony. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained property with excellent service and a great location, SUN & SAND Luxury Stays is the place to be!

I recently had the privilege of staying at Sun and Sand Resorts, and I must say, it was an experience of a lifetime! The rooms were truly exceptional - clean, and exquisitely furnished. But what truly stole my heart was the breathtaking beach view from my room's balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves gently lapping against the shore and watching the sunset over the ocean was pure bliss. What made the experience even more special was the majestic Shiva statue overlooking the beach. It added a touch of spirituality and serenity to the already tranquil atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. I'll cherish the memories of my stay forever and can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

It is a new resort with clean rooms and washrooms. They provide all toiletries and basic amenities at room. The balconies are sea view and beach is just few steps away. The beach is less crowded and flat one, which makes it safe to swim. For food they provide room service is affordable price and the taste is yummy. Ravi is an excellent host in the reception. He can be contacted for anything that is needed during your stay. Our experience was awesome at the stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing Stay with Stunning Sea Views - Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Sun & Sand Luxury Stays Sea View in Murudeshwar for a day, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right by the beach, offering breathtaking views of the sea, and it took hardly 10 minutes from Murudeshwar railway station. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunrise from the balcony was a highlight of my trip. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided.The room was compact for two people, since I was travelling with parents I had to go for extra bed, the staff provided me with two single matterss,and didnot not charge anything for the extra mattress .The staff was courteous and always ready to assist, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. One of the best parts of my stay was the peaceful ambiance. Despite being close to the main attractions, the property felt private and serene. The famous Murudeshwar Temple is in walkable distance, making it extremely convenient for visitors.There is no kitchen inside the premises but you can order food from outside with the help of staff.Also there are several good eateries which were in walkable distance, so it wasn't a big issue.Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Murudeshwar. Would love to visit again!

It was a pleasant stay a the hotel Sun & Sand Luxury Stays Sea view. Waking up to the sound of waves and the view of the endless ocean from my room was pure bliss. The location is just steps away from the golden sands and the vibrant energy of the beach. Would highly recommend it to the people who likes be in a less crowded beach and just chill. The rooms were beautifully designed and spacious making the stay both luxurious and comfortable. You can have a complete beach view from the balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.
