Pushkar Cottages Murdeshwar

We stayed here for one day. The resort location is superb and very peaceful. However, the room service and maintenance were disappointing. There were a lot of cockroaches in the room and bathroom, and overall cleanliness was not up to the mark. Also, there was no TV in any of the rooms, which was unexpected. If they can improve cleanliness and take care of issues like cockroaches and rats, it would be a much better experience and a place worth visiting again.

Giving three stars only for the cook who was very hospitable and did a great service other than that the stay is a night mare . Location is little interior and roads are too muddy making it difficult for small vehicles to pass by. Toilet walls were very dirty and so were the bucket and mug. At night we can hear rats dancing on top of roof. And the security is the worst.. no security at all . There was guy spooking here and there who didn't bother to care at all about the visitors. Didn't even open the gate . We had to open the gate and find the office .. although there are some helper aunties who were very sweet.

Rooms are good. Good ambience atmosphere. Food was food service is good all are good. But little interior from the main road almost near to beach road. Not recommended for corporate/business/government official tours, because they were not having proper billing facility no hard copy bill is provided. Only soft copy.

I recently came to Pushkar Cottages with my family. Although we all liked the resort, my kids especially loved the place. It's spacious and has various activities within itself that we can't be bored. Talking about bored, the greenery all around just can't let us be bored at all!!! It's surrounded by a small lake and so many coconut trees all around. The cottages are lovely and clean. Even the staff are pretty helpful and the manager, Mr Surender has been very helpful throughout our planning process. The beach is walking distance and the Murdeshwar Temple is also about 2 km, so not a big deal. My stay was worth it overall! Totally recommended for those who prefer peace over crowded places.

When we reached Pushkar Cottages, it was at night so we didn't really get to see much, but the cottage was really pretty and we could hear the waves from the beach at night! In the morning after breakfast, we explored the resort and it is very beautiful. Out of all the places and even beach front resorts, this one stood out to us! We are glad we chose to come here and its totally recommended for couples and family as well. The staff and the manager were also vert polite. We didn't know much about what all to explore and thanks to Surender, the manager, he helped us in making our trip better. He helped us in arranging the transport as well as told us the places that can be explored. Totally loved it! Even the food is good, it's very much like home cooked food and very delicious!

Road is not at all good, not good for 2 wheelers. Won't feel safe at night. If you don't have car so have to call auto for pickup and drop. They don't give even water bottles. Bed sheets blankets are not good, hole on bed sheet Curtains have some transparency,No TV. No sea view from room. No food option. I paid for two days and due to some reason i had to leave in one day so i informed earlier but they don't give me any refund even they got the another booking. Not worth it.overpriced. Staff is not cooperative.

We had a great time. Hospitality , house keeping , home made food n a good cook Mr Surendra is managing this property neat n clean. Did all the arrangements very well. Overall great time spent near beach side. Highly recommended place for nature lovers.

Very very worst. It was a bitter experience. I went there with my family and kid. They didn't even provided bedsheets, waterbottle and basic amenities. The room smell is very fishy and room was also not clean. Even the lock of the restroom was broken and they didn't respond to our complaints. I suggest no people to go this resort.
