It's next to the beach with easy access.... Decent hotel

This was the worst stay for us here. The owner is most arrogant person who doesn't know how to speak with the customers. They try to charge heavy but offer nothing for the price we pay. No proper blankets, no hot water, rooms are small and feel claustrophobic. They don't even have a wardrobe or hangers to keep clothes. Kindly avoid this place if you don't want to spoil your vacation.

Not worth for single start also. One of the worst guesthouse I saw in my life till today. No services, no water, no clean rooms. Instead of taking rooms here better to stay in beach itself.

Home stay has a total of 4 rooms out of which two are AC and two are non AC rooms. One AC room can accommodate 5 people, another 3 people. One non ac room can accommodate 2 people and another non ac room doesn't have a bed. AC rooms does not have fans. But has good beach view and temple view from the windows. One can hear the beach waves sound while sleeping. ACs are old and not very effective. Worst thing is most of the bathrooms fittings (in all the 4 rooms) were damaged and not in good condition. Bathrooms were not clean. Geyser/water heater is not there. Care taker will give immersive water heater on request. Beer bottles were found every where and they are using a free space near AC room as a dust bin which has a collection of all the empty beer bottles and water bottles. One cannot step it into the terrace as it is full of thick algae and again beer bottles every where but this time with side dishes :-p Being a homestay very much nearby beach it is natural to get muddy and dirty easily. But it has to cleaned and maintained properly atleast when guests are arriving. Poor maintenance. One small shop is right next to the homestay where we can get some necessary items (drinking water, tea/coffee, soap, detergent etc) Pros: Nearer to beach Good and economical (Rs. 3500/night for all 4 rooms as on jan 2019) for bachelors (preferably male) Friendly host Walkable distance from murudeshwar temple Cons: Bad approach road Poor maintenance Poor bathrooms and fittings

Wrest maintenance Ac's are not working properly At least they not assigned hose keeping persons washroom also not good rats running middle in the rooms at midnight

Worst speciality and no cleaning ness and they will charge high amount but service is not good do not weast your money

A good place to stay with a view of beach and temple. Worth of paying for this stay. If u get the fish and prawns, they will help in preparing the fry.
