KVK Beach Residency

Well kept rooms. Our room had a nice sitout with a decent view. Great location - beach is just a minute away and the main temple is just a 5 minute walk. Please note - the property doesn't have a lift. Nothing to complain about for a budget accommodation!

Location is perfect we can opt for a room which is facing towards the Temple and the other one is Sea facing. It's really good I highly recommend it

I had a fantastic stay at KVK. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, always with a warm and genuine attitude. The owner, Venkatramana Naik, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure that every detail of my stay was perfect. The room itself was pristine, well-appointed, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into creating a pleasant environment. I highly recommend KVK to anyone looking for exceptional service, a caring owner, and a comfortable stay.

This lodge is located near Murudeshwar temple. Neatly maintained. We engaged a non AC double room. The cot is excellent but the room is very small. However, a sitout is attached to this room which is nice. The bathroom is also very small and the amenities are not sufficient for our comfortability. I think the lift facility is not completed. When the fan provided in the room was very slow and asked the owner, he immediately responded and changed the fan. Needs to be improved.

I had a fantastic stay at KVK Residency. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. My room was and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Highly recommended for family.

Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. Appreciated from the bottom of my heart. Wish to stay in again whenever i visit murdeshwar. Neat and clean all over with good ambiance. Money worth.... Thank you....

Please avoid this even if it's on good location bed are full of bugs. Dirty rooms, bed sheets, stinky blankets, Arrogant staff, Tv not working, no network or WiFi in rooms spl on 3 rd floor. We asked for water bottles and blanket on check in at 12 noon and at night 10 pm we still did not received it so as we called staff they answered he is out when checked they were partying out side and handed us stinky blankets which we couldn't use it. Please avoid this place there are better options in the vicinity.
