ARYAN RESIDENCY

I had a good stay at Aryan Residency during my visit to Murdeshwar. The location is very convenient--just a short walk from the Murdeshwar Temple and the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a budget stay. The staff was polite and helped with local information and needs. Overall, it's a decent place if you're looking for an affordable stay near the main attractions.

This lodge is situated near murdeshwar temple. We got non ac room on second floor costing around 1900/ for one double bed room . As the rooms were newly built were clean .But no service is available for food etc. No TV available. No lift for bldg.Very less parking available for 2 or 3 vehicles.

A simple room, perfect for a night or two, especially if you are visiting the temple, beach, and nearby attractions, as it's just a few minutes away. Breakfast was served directly in the room since there was no separate restaurant. The room was a bit dated and could use some maintenance, but the bathroom was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. All in all, it's a budget friendly hotel offering great value for the price.

Newly renovated small hotel with a helpful staff. My family stayed here for 2 day and they loved it. Kudos to the front desk, very helpful in booking taxis and even got us medicines from the pharmacy. Recommended.

It is a small standalone building with a few rooms. There was some construction work going on on the upper floors when we stayed here. The rooms and washrooms are not maintained properly. The water isn't hot enough. The AC wasn't working at all in one of the rooms and wasn't cooling properly in another. We were refunded a part of the room price when we brought it to the staff's notice. The staff seems to be nice. Location wise it is great as it is just 5 mins from the temple. Overall we felt it wasn't worth the price and maybe ok if you're looking for accommodation just to change and sleep for the night.

Worst pick. We stayed in different cities on our 5-day trip, and this is the worst one. The room is small, and the location is also not hygienic. They have their own restaurant; they will do door delivery, but the plates they provide are not clean. There are restaurants available nearby, but the quality is too bad. Walkable distance to the temple.

I do not recommend this place; it was the worst stay of my entire trip. The room had a foul odor, there were lizards in the bathroom, and the service was terrible. I booked it offline as I had no other option, and before booking, I specifically confirmed a 5 PM checkout time, which they agreed to. However, on the checkout day, they insisted I vacate the room by 12 PM and refused to honor the prior agreement. After a lengthy argument, they allowed me to stay until 5 PM but charged an additional 800 for the extra hours.

This is a review purely on basis of their bike/scooty rental service. They provided us good scooter at a very affordable rate, and all the processes such as bike deposit and it's return were done quite smoothly.
