The staff are extremely rude (ac non veg section) and snap at customers for asking basic things like when they would be taking the order. Wait time is long & No arrangements will be made to seat customers either. We were attended by a person called Richard who literally shouted at us for calling him to take our order after 20 minutes of waiting. Please work on the hospitality front. Food was decent

The worst service possible.... The food was also too bad. The soup is filled up with oil instead of soup. The thali isnt great either. I ordered mutton thaali.. and the pieces were harder than leather... They won't even care to give good service and way too arrogant in the way they speak. PLEASE AVOID

Very bad servise. The waiters are very rude and very angry mindset. When ask them they speek vsry rudely. They give food very lately around 40minutes after. Please secs ont book this hotel.

This Prarthana Rooms Stands Top Of The World Best 3rd Class Hotel & Rooms . Whole Night Not Able To Sleep Due To Worst Smell of The Bathroom Which Has No Ventilation, No Windows, Which Results in Stinky & Smell Rooms. Not able to Breathe Bad Smell So Tried Opening Window in Room Which Had No Mosquito Mess As a Result All Mosquito's Enter The Room, So Turned On The Fan Yakk The Stinky Smell Of Room Spreads As Hell . I Suggest Don't Ever Think Of Booking This 3rd Class Room.

Very very Bad attitude to the customers. And food is too delayed. They are not ready to hear the order .. very bad food too..

Location is walkable distance from the murudeshwar cross. Rooms are clean, we took non a/c room as we only had to freshen up and visit temple. Checked out early to visit other places. Management is friendly. You can see temple from this property. Restaurant is there in ground floor for veg section and non veg section in first floor. Food is tasty.

Rooms bad in shape. No room boys. No room service. Uncomfortable matress and dirty linen.
