Nature river camp

REVIEW IS NOT FOR THE PROPERTY (as I never got the see the place) This review is for the unprofessional way the owner handled our booking and the very rude manner in which he spoke to us. Made a booking through booking.com which was confirmed even from the property's end. After almost 8hrs of our booking, we called the property owner to confirm our booking. First of all, the person on the other end was quite rude throughout the call, he asked us to cancel the booking as we anyway haven't paid yet and that he had given away our booking to another party. We even offered to pay right away directly to him, which he was not willing to accept. Why even list your property on booking platforms if you're not willing to honour the booking made through these platforms in the first place.

I had a terrible experience with this stay. I had a confirmed booking and traveled over 300 kilometers, expecting a hassle-free stay. However, upon arrival, I was told there was no availability. This was extremely disappointing and caused a lot of inconvenience. The management showed no responsibility for their mistake and offered no resolution. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I do not recommend this stay to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay.

One of the crazy place i have ever been to. Inside a coffee estate.Completely peaceful. No mobile network . This is the place for the ones who loves to be amidst the nature and away from city life.Spend some time here ! There is a toilet and a bathroom. Vehicles can be taken right next to the tents. So can keep valuables inside the car if you feel unsafe but its safe outside there !

The place is just like the pictures next to the lake, beautiful & peaceful surroundings. Bikers recommend not to come after 6pm as it becomes pitch dark Food whilst they don't have a running kitchen Gagan had given me heads up of either informing himma day before & extra cost or get your own food. I stayed overnight as I was passing by the area else would like to revisit and explore the places around which is totally worth it. thank you Gagan for your warm welcome & suggestions.

Location is very very good. Pros: 1. Tree shades at this location give an extra cover during morning hours. 2. Water flow will make sure you always have access to fresh water. 3. If you BYOT then you can customise your package. Improvements recommended: 1. The water flow in the bathroom can be improved.

This is in such a beautiful place, the river has some great bathing and swimming spots, all you can hear is nature; it's just a tiny track road nearby. It's a perfect place to get away from it all. It's a truly beautiful place and Gagan is a really wonderful host, really helpful and hospitable and he'll cook amazing food for you if you'd like. I'll definitely come back sometime if I can, for a few nights at least I hope. I could get lost here for quite some time. Wonderful experience!

The place The vibes is perfect! However there are 2 caretakers who sit behind you for Booze and keep invading your privacy! The owners must remove them from their job and make the experience more beautiful!

Impressive river camping experience. We visited here with friends & office colleagues during the month of September, it was overall a superb experience, we enjoyed a lot. I'll definitely visit this place again when I visit to Coorg. Sufficient space for parking, Toilets are very clean. Appreciate caretaking staff for maintaining & making this place awesome. PS :- Unfortunately lost my bike key , wish to express special thanks to caretaker Mr. Yodhan & his friend. He was kind enough to help us by breaking lock & jump start bike. Owner Mr. Gagan gave us a good deal hence opportunity to explore such a nice place in Coorg ^_^
