My family and I visited Jaladhama Resort a week ago, and it turned out to be a much-needed, peaceful getaway. The highlight for my niece and nephew was definitely the pool time -- they had an absolute blast -- and the rain dance added an extra dose of fun for all of us. I was pleasantly surprised by the food -- so many options and every dish was delicious. But the best part? Sipping tea on the cruise. With music in the background, a calm breeze, and the water gently flowing beneath us, it was pure bliss. Truly, a perfect family day out -- one we didn't want to end!

We visited Jaladhama Resort for a weekend getaway and it turned out to be just what we needed--peaceful, fun, and totally in sync with nature. The trip started with a bit of adventure--we got down at the Kaveri River Temple in Mudukuthore, and from there, a boat took us across the river to the resort, setting a beautiful tone for the rest of the stay. The resort is tucked away in nature, surrounded by greenery, making you feel like you're in a mini forest retreat. It's very spacious, and van drop-offs take you directly to your room. We opted for AC rooms--neat, comfortable, with clean bathrooms and geysers. One of the best moments was the evening hi-tea on a boat. Floating gently on the clean waters of the Kaveri, sipping on hot chai with snacks, and watching the sunset--it was nothing short of magical. Someone was singing live on the boat, though honestly, it could've been better. Either no music or some soft original tracks would've elevated the whole experience. Still, that golden hour vibe on the water was truly lit. The swimming pool and rain dance were super fun--definitely the highlight for many. The resort also offers indoor games (TT, chess, carroms, trampoline, etc.) and outdoor activities like basketball and badminton. We also enjoyed water sports like kayaking and pedal boating--all included in the package. Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are served in a clean and well-maintained dining area, and while outside liquor isn't allowed, there's an in-house liquor shop, and you can order paid starters which they'll serve in your room. The staff were polite and helpful, and the whole experience was smooth, fun, and relaxing. It's a great pick if you're looking for a nature-filled, activity-packed escape that still gives you time to just chill and soak in the views.
It is an amazing experience from reaching to resort via boat enjoying all the activities. And the food no doubt worth the price it is totally homely feeling when it comes to food. Loved it I've visited 4times it's budget friendly too.
We visited the resort in December 2024. There were several activities for kids to do right from boating , kayaking, indoor and outdoor games.swimming pool and rain dance . The location of the resort is beautiful. The food and service was also excellent with very polite and helpful staff However on the flip side the maintenance can definitely be better. The common rest rooms are not cleaned regularly. The rope adventure course could not be done at all it is placed over stagnant water that is not cleaned. And also we saw a snake in the water , so there is no way we can allow kids in that. The advertised water scooter was also not working. This being a star resort , the maintenance should also be given priority to Hopefully, these things are made better on my next holiday there
Been to this place for team outing. Overall had an average experience especially with the food we got totally dissapointed. Most of the nonveg was not cooked properly and fish was bit raw and theres no space to enjoy eveywhere it was bamboo and swings only!!! Things to try: 1.boating 2.cruise We totally enjoyed the cruise with evening snacks the view and the experience was really good
Calm and well maintained rooms and play area. Good adventure banana ride . Some more activities to be included go engage crowd.
Resort is now quite outdated with very less maintenance. 1. Rope activites are chargeable. This i felt was to keep people away from doing it due to less staff. 2. No room service or way to call reception for any help needed in room. 3. Bathroom sanitaryware are not well maintained. 4. No kids playarea like slide sandpit etc. Good part: 1. Huge spread of food for lunch and breakfast. Dinner was normal. 2. Evening cruise with hightea and snacks. 3. During checkin park your vehicle and take a boat ride provided by resort to reach reception. 4. Swimming pool felt heater pool and rain dance water was also warmed. 5. Huge area beside river.
It's was one of the best riverside resorts around mysuru, Staffs are very coordinating and foods also very tasty.
