Gudlu resort truly exceeded my expectations! The perfect mix of luxury and nature--everything felt so peaceful and refreshing. The staff was kind and helpful throughout. The rooms were very hygienic and super comfortable, and the views around were just stunning. There were plenty of fun activities to enjoy, and they even organize amazing treks and take you around to explore nearby spots, which made the whole experience even more memorable.You can really feel the calmness of nature here. It's the kind of place that makes you want to stay longer. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The location is serene, surrounded by nature, making it the perfect getaway. The activities were well-organized and fun, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. One of the biggest highlights was the food. They served healthy, well-balanced meals, catering equally to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. The quality, taste, and variety of dishes were excellent, making every meal a delightful experience. The service and hospitality were outstanding. The staff was incredibly attentive, observing guests' needs and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made us feel truly welcome. Overall, Gudlu Resort is a perfect destination for relaxation, adventure, and great food. Highly recommended for families and friends looking for a peaceful retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and can't wait to visit again!

Gudlu - one of the best resort I have visited so far. The location is absolutely stunning--a truly breathtaking resort equipped with all the necessary amenities. Enjoyed the river walk, trekking, water stream ....rooms were comfortable, hygienic..A special shoutout to the incredible staff for their warm hospitality, especially Mr. Bhim, the manager, and the entire team. The food was delicious and full of flavor. I'll definitely be returning to this place.

Gudlu Resorts in Chikmagalur is a really peaceful place surrounded by nature, trees, mountains, and a lake. It's far from the noise of the city, making it perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The resort has beautiful views and a calm atmosphere. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food was delicious, and the souffles and desserts, in particular were exquisite! There aren't too many activities because it is meant to be a quiet place, but the ones they offer--like kayaking, paddle boating, off-roading, visiting waterfalls, viewpoint trekking, bonfire and balloon shooting--are all very fun and enjoyable. The only issue was the approach road. It's rocky and hard to drive on, and there were almost no signboards, which made it difficult to find the resort. It would be great if they could add signs from the main road, especially on the narrow rocky paths. Overall, I would definitely recommend Gudlu Resorts to anyone looking for a quiet and nature-filled weekend in Chikmagalur.

Our stay here was perfect! Simply excellent. We needed a break, and this place gave us the peace and comfort we were looking for. It feels like home--warm, quiet, and relaxing. The rooms were super clean and cozy, making our stay very comfortable. But the best part? The food! Every meal was so tasty, I just wanted to hug the chef. This resort has a special charm--simple, peaceful, and full of warmth. We loved every moment and will definitely be back!

Excellent service, beautiful location. River walk, Boating, Lake view, cycling, trekking, private campfire - all in one place. Food taste was good(home made). A definite go to place for a quiet getaway. Special mention - Manager Rijesh, others-Nitin, Pradeep, Tejas, Sudeep - they made our stay pleasant. Worth the visit

Want to disconnect from city life? Look no further. The food represents all that is great about the local cuisine. You do get wifi though that's good enough for light work but what you should do is this - shut your smart devices and go lie in the hammocks by the lake and enjoy the sounds of nature. Given that the rooms do not have TVS, clearly the owners agree with this suggestion! I would give the place 5 stars if the place had a good pool (just a temporary pool I'm afraid). I will definitely visit again

We had a two day stay at the Gudlu resort. While my overall experience was good (the food that was served and the service provided by the Gudlu staff was excellent), these are a few points that I felt the resort should improve on: 1. The Location of the resort is in an isolated and beautiful site. However, the road leading up to the resort can definitely be improved. 2. While the rooms are large and spacious, there should be better maintenance of them. We found a few bugs which crept into the room during the night. I understand that the resort is in a forest but the Gudlu team should take measures to prevent such bugs from appearing inside the rooms. 3. Lastly, the lighting in the resort can be improved during the night. 4. The price that was charged for the experience as a whole was on the very higher side.
