Hotel The Park, Mudhol

I had my wedding in this hotel. Worst experience ever. The sample they gave to taste for menu and what they served was very different. Rooms were booked in advance still at the last moment they cancelled the booking at the very previous day of wedding. Food was not served sufficiently to all, they apparently told sweets were served only to vip guests. I did not understand what they meant by that. The hotel room washrooms were not cleaned. Flushes did not work. No staff was there to attend the guests. All the luggages were carried by the guests. I do not recommend this hotel for any event going forward.

Zero rating. Asif and the team is good at ruining marriage and other events. And charge hefty in like Tier 1 city. Was ashamed in front of relatives and guests the way they handled food and other stuffs.

Hotel name brand service was worst Like a gas New visitors never visit this tucking hotel.. Reception wala bahut harami hai ..

Quality of food is good but the maintenance of the location needs to be improved

Food quality is not upto mark plus there were water issues in bathroom. Moreover no hot water in bathroom

Rooms and service is too good. There is some delay in service but at remote area with so much of good quality food I will highly recommend this place to my known person. Love the hospitality of the staff.

located slightly outskirts, but service need to improve and slightly cleanliness of rooms. Else the stay was pleasant.
