Have been visiting Airbnbs for more than a decade, so I am well aware of how the host and guest thing work. Firstly, guests are paying for comfort and hospitality which I think is very basic. The least is expected from the host is to be kind and humble. Amar was clearly not. He was rude and arrogant. Please don't get fooled from the pictures of the property. It doesn't look good as you see. They are probably old pictures. Please don't pay anything in advance. It's surely not worth paying a nickel.

I had an incredible experience staying at Nandi Cottages! The service was exceptional, with the staff member ensuring we were comfortable , continent and well taken care of. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by serene views and a peaceful atmosphere. The cottages were well-maintained, clean, and cozy, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle of daily life. It's truly a wonderful place to visit, whether for a relaxing weekend or a longer getaway. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! The place is poorly managed. They need to seriously evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Zero professional from the owner. We were pestered to pay the full price before our visit and now we know why. Nobody in the right mind would pay so much and stay at such a place. I want to write more but I would just be wasting my time. (wait for the owner to reply to this review with accusations on us due to his inability to maintain a property and an attitude)

If you want a really bad experience, unclean rooms and be spoken to harshly, rudely by a guy who doesn't understand the H of hospitality, I strongly recommend you to stay at this property. No way this property has a rating of 4.1, the guy who owns, probably pays for the reviews because nobody in their sane mind would rate this 4.1 despite the hygiene and rat infestation. The owner will pester you to pay the full price before you visit the property, because, nobody would pay him a penny after looking at its condition. Oh and the owner's attitude, guy thinks he owns Taj Mahal palace, or at least he thinks he does, if you don't trust me look how he responds to the people who've stayed. If you want to know what prison feels like, with an owner who'll remind you of a jailer, please feel free to book this property. 4 stars for the owner's attitude!

I had booked this property for the night of December 31st to celebrate New Year's Eve with my friends. However, just two days before NYE, I received a message from Amar informing me that restrictions had been placed, requiring us to stay indoors. The property was poorly maintained in terms of hygiene and overall maintenance. We stayed there for less than an hour due to the condition of the place. Additionally, there were police checks, and Amar kept calling us repeatedly, insisting that we stay indoors--something we did not want for a New Year's Eve celebration. I have a question for Amar: Would you personally pay 30k to stay at property number 8 with your family and friends? If not, I strongly suggest you focus on improving the property's maintenance and your attitude. Take a look at the reviews you've already received from other guests. If your answer is "Yes, I would stay," then I recommend labelling the property as private and discontinuing public bookings to avoid wasting more guests' time and money.
