Our stay at your resort was enjoyable overall, thanks to its beautiful location and the unique, fun drive leading up to it. The tranquility of being away from the city was definitely a plus, and we found the rooms to be satisfactory. However, we did encounter a couple of areas that could significantly enhance the guest experience. While we understand the operational aspects of managing a busy weekend, the policy of not allowing in-room dining and requiring guests to partake in the buffet lunch and dinner was a notable drawback. Furthermore, the timing of the buffet service felt somewhat disjointed. Serving starters a full hour before the main course meant that guests were likely to fill up on the limited starter options, reducing their appetite for the main meal. This approach didn't seem to optimize the dining experience. We believe that reconsidering the in-room dining policy for weekends and perhaps streamlining the buffet service timing could greatly improve guest satisfaction. Despite these points, we appreciated the peaceful ambiance and the beautiful setting of your resort.

RiverRoost is ideally located. It needs more greenery and resting shades, wider approach road. Food is excellent. Provide showers before anybody enters the swimming pool and provide dressing room near the pool. These will help to improve your rating

cottages were clean and cozy, and the ambience with the river, garden, and birds was truly relaxing.
