Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price We were a group of three women who stayed at Sterling Resorts in Coorg, expecting a relaxing and comfortable experience given its 4-star rating. Unfortunately, it was far from that. Despite confirming over the phone that we would get a room with a king-size bed, we were given a tiny room with just two beds and were asked to sleep on an extra mattress on the floor. Only after repeated complaints did they provide a cot and mattress. The washroom had serious issues--hot water wasn't consistent, and rainwater was dripping from the roof, which was both uncomfortable and unsafe. There were also frequent power cuts throughout our stay, which made things worse. The food was average at best--not up to the mark for a resort of this level--and certainly didn't justify the high rates we were charged. Overall, our experience was very disappointing. Sterling Coorg needs to seriously improve its service quality, maintenance, and transparency. Definitely not worth the hype or the price.

Disappointing Room Size for Family Stay I have been a member of Sterling Resorts for over 20 years, and unfortunately, this property stands out for all the wrong reasons. The rooms here are notably smaller compared to other Sterling resorts I've stayed in. They are simply not suitable for a family holiday, as the space is cramped and uncomfortable for multiple guests. I request resort staff to provide a family suitable room however they flatly denied. I was misled by the photos on the website, which gave a much more spacious impression of the rooms than what I actually experienced. Given the size and lack of comfort, I would not recommend this resort for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A special thanks to Bijay, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. He was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a warm smile. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Highly recommend Sterling Brookstone for anyone visiting Coorg - it's a peaceful retreat with great hospitality!

We are 6 ppl and one infant been to this property for 4 nights last week. I must say , the property is maintained very well. Its location is very close to the madikiri town. There is a diversion from the main road to resort around 2km , ppl who would love some dirt driving, will love it. Entire route is scenic and the view from the resort is exceptional. Coming to food, they have some packages value for money and also specially service was great in the restaurant ( special mention to Bijay who was attentive to us through our time in the restaurant, thanks to him), food spread is decent and quality of the food is great considering the locality.

Unique Location: Situated in the outskirts, it offers a tranquil retreat from the city, with a hilly terrain that sets it apart. 3. Room Accessibility: For senior citizens, providing battery vehicles for guests from the porch to their rooms would greatly enhance their experience. 4. Restaurant Service: The service is slow but staff's cooperation particularly Ankit, Sneha, Suman, Ankit and other staff made a significant difference. Kudos to them for their excellent service! Overall, a good stay with potential for improvement.

Great new resort. Driving here was a marvellous experience with my friend of 50 years! Service though is slow and needs improvement. The staff is good though. Need more training perhaps. Front office too need more training in services, management. But,overall the place was good and worth recommending.

Excellent experience. We had 2 sr. Citizens in our group. Mr Suman ,Mr Sunil took ultimate care to sr. Citizen . Since the restaurant is in top floor , Mr Suman volunteered to serve the food at room for the sr citizen. It was very helpful for us . There was a road repair in the way to resort and we had to take a long detour and we were running out of diesel to cover the detour distance ,the resort folks helped arrange diesel for us as well.
