The overall experience was very bad. The rooms very really poor. The staff were very non hospitable. They were reluctant to even help with us our luggages. Only one staff were to even to look at our face and smiled . Room- not at all worth the money. The sheets had holes in them. The nightstand had a cockroach running around. The TV was not even working. We had to call the reception 3 times to have someone check it. When a guy finally came he simply fiddled around and said that they will send another guy. (Who never came) . When I checked, they had not even paid the subscription for the connection and were simply delaying to avoid it. The bathroom was very dirty. They had not even kept a 10 rs soap at the washbasin. My mom had backpain by sleeping on the bed. The springs on the bed was also very loose and were making sounds. The food was moderately fine. Overall experience - not worth your money. It is far from the main road. The staff are very rude . The rooms and washroom are very unclean. The services are poor Ps. Make sure that you check the check in time at the hotel beforehand. We had to pay 350 rs extra.

The room was fine but the closet was dirty. No toiletries were provided except just a single towel & a small soap for 2 people, that too upon asking. AC remote was not working. The bedsheets & pillows were untidy & had multiple stains & hair on it. There was dust all around. Above all, while I was showering the false ceiling in the washroom fell over my head. Disappointed from a property by Fab Hotels!

The Manager Raja was very helpful. On my request he changed the bedsheets, pillow covers and others. He arranged to clean the toilet. This property is making sincere efforts to provide good clean rooms to guests. On the whole a pleasant stay.

Worst Hotel I have ever experienced My booking id is 9QL9HP I have done the booking of the hotel by paying Rs. 294 in advance on 30 April 2025 around at 1:20 PM and I checked-in around 5.30 PM till that time he didn't prepared the room and only three room were available 1. when we entered the room we saw bed was broken so he shown another 2. when staff open other room with master key , guest were already there (This happen twice) 3. The he gave us another room in which A/C was not working 4. And in another room fan was not working. so we leaved because we already have waited for more than 1 and half an hour and he was saying to wait more and bcz of that I missed out an important meeting for which we have to spent another 1700 Rs. Now the fab hotel is not returning our advance money and when we talked to them in call they talk rudely

I had an extremely terrible experience at this hotel. The check-in process was poor, with the front desk staff showing little to no communication or courtesy. The kitchen staff was equally unprofessional--rude and clearly preoccupied with their own tasks. When I inquired about the service issues, I was told that the hotel was undergoing renovations and that there was only one staff member available. Although they did move me to a better room after I complained about the initial one being filthy, the overall service remained subpar despite raising concerns. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.

Very very bad experience. I will advise not to book this hotel. The rooms were very dirty there were cockroach all over. No room service. Mineral water is also not available. We have suffered q lot Very bad trust me banne this hotel.

Do visit the hotel I was really surprised seeing the opposite review which was bad but there is nothing like that Highly recommend as the rooms were very tidy and extremely helpful staff Just loved it

An advance of 120 rupees was given at the time of booking. When I reached hotel, they have asked to pay full amount. They didn't have a clean room. They directly handed me a used room without cleaning. They didn't offer a towel or essential washroom items like a soap. It was like fooling a person after taking the full amount.
