Nueva Resort

I had an amazing experience at the resort! The games and activities were incredibly enjoyable, and there was always something fun to do. The service was top-notch--everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met. I truly appreciated the effort the staff put into making our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing yet exciting getaway

Lovely location. Beautiful scenery. We went for 1 day stay package and our experience was superb good. The management and the workers there are very prompt and gave a very good service. Manager Venkatesh and one employee Mohan was really good. They helped us a lot. Would recommend to go there and have a stay enjoy the amenities. Activities were all superb. We thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely it's pocket friendly and full enjoyment

Amazing experience in out door and indoor activities. Starting from welcome drinks to ending it went very well and good experience in every activity. Next time with more friends we will come and have more friends

Recently I had been with my friends, In the begging when we stepped in we felt it's highly rated but after some while the service was too friendly from Suresh & venkatesh thanks both of you, these guys treated us like family, and we got to know that many of celebrities will visit regularly, I recommend You can definitely visit

It was a pretty decent resort. Activities were good. Pool is well maintained. Food needs to improve a bit. Surroundings are green and clean.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the resort. It felt nothing like the relaxing getaway I had hoped for. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with poor service and a lack of professionalism. The amenities were subpar, and the place itself resembled more of a local bar or low-budget lodge than a proper resort. I genuinely regret booking my stay there, as it was a complete waste of money. It was far from the experience I was expecting and nowhere near the standard I was promised. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.when I tried to raise my concerns with the management, they were unresponsive and dismissive. I felt completely ignored and undervalued as a guest. Despite spending a significant amount of money for what was supposed to be a relaxing experience, I ended up feeling frustrated and cheated.

The resort is good but I felt the price was 20-30% higher with respect to the amenities offered, the room is spacious but won't have any furniture other than bed, food served was good and staff was also supportive, i had visit last weekend, and during check out when I asked to give invoice for the amount paid, the receptionist denied and asked to take from the person who has booked your stay over phone, when I checked with that person, he said being Sunday not possible now, will provide monday,but today even after a week, I haven't received invoice that too after following up almost on daily basis on WhatsApp and call. And they have started avoiding calls also. So I would suggest to take invoice before even paying to them as they wouldn't listen after paying them
