Benzy Palace Resort

This resort is one of the better places to stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to a helpful lady at the reception. We had opted for the complimentary breakfast it was average, nothing special but not disappointing either. However the housekeeping service left much to be desired. During our 3-day stay toiletries were not replenished even after making a request. Bath towels weren't changed on the second day either, which was a letdown. The bed size is another downside it's a standard double bed, which makes it quite uncomfortable if you're staying with a child between 5 to 10 years old. On the positive side the in-room entertainment was great. The modern TV came with YouTube, Amazon Prime, and other OTT apps which made spending time indoors enjoyable. The property offered good photo opportunities, although some construction work was still ongoing during our visit. Unfortunately, the water bodies were not maintained well and looked quite dirty. One standout highlight was their cold desserts at the juice corner absolutely delicious! Overall the resort has potential but needs improvements in housekeeping and maintenance to truly offer a seamless experience.

Dropped by this restaurant recently, and the experience was pretty decent. The food didn't blow my mind, but it was solid. The highlight was definitely the fish, it was super fresh and well-cooked, which is always a good sign. It arrived right on time too, which I appreciated. No long wait, no fuss. Taste-wise, nothing was extraordinary, but it was far from bad. Just well-made, home-style cooking that gets the job done. Where they really impressed me was in the cleanliness, the place felt spotless, including the kitchen view area. Even the cutlery stood out, with thoughtful detailing and a polished look that added a classy touch to the table. A clean, reliable spot with good service and fresh seafood. I'd go back, especially when I'm craving something straightforward and well-prepared.

Excellent stay, vibe of hotel was very beautiful. They have cottage and hotels both, very well decorated inside and outside. As soon we entered the beauty of hotel attract us. Rooms were very neat and clean, bathroom was so clean. We booked 3 rooms, all rooms are excellent. Hotel staff are very good. We will definitely visit again in future trip to Murudeshwar. It's just 3 km from temple, morning breakfast so good

The resort looked promising based on the photos shared online, which showcased various amenities like a swimming pool and a comfortable stay experience. However, my actual experience was quite disappointing. Pros: * The location and exterior of the resort were pleasant and well-maintained. * The overall property looks good and has potential. Cons: * The rooms were average at best, with no amenities provided. * Contrary to what was advertised, there was no swimming pool they said it's closed * There was no room service, which made the stay very inconvenient. The restaurant was far from the rooms, and guests were expected to walk there even for basic needs. * Breakfast was served in a nearby marriage hall, which did not provide a resort-like experience. * It took two hours to get an extra bed. There seemed to be only one housekeeping staff for the entire resort at night, which led to extremely delayed service. Overall, the service was horrible, and the resort was far from what was advertised. If there are no amenities and no room service, the resort shouldn't market itself as a full-service property. I hope the management works on improving their services to match the potential.

As someone who has had not so pleasant experiences in hotels near pilgrimage sites this hotel came as a very welcome surprise. The Staff were very friendly and cooperative and the service was great. The hotel comes attached with a restaurant that serves free buffet breakfast for those who stay there. Speaking of the food, it's some of the best I've had in Karnataka(especially the breakfast). In short it's a must stay at hotel if you are visiting Murudeshwar.

Benzy Palace Resort was a really nice place to stay. It was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was complimentary and actually tasty accompanied by a friendly cat. The property is photogenic. It's close to the temple, only a short drive.

A big 10/10,this was my first stay in murdershwar,I had read reviews in lot of sire and google reviews to make me believe my stay will be best. On first arrival ,the Senior Lady at reception for cottage greeted with a big heart warming smile,helped with the rooms since I had no reservation. The rooms were very clean and tidy.All the essentials were upto mark in room ac , washroom,kit.I had restaurant food in afternoon and evening it was good,with fresh juices was amazing. The staff was generous and helpful,be it arranging travel auto or cab to murdershwar temple or auto for bus stand.The buffet food was really good with lot of options.The hotel is 4 mins from bus stand on highway. All in all definitely recommend for family and friends.A perfect 10/10 experience because of reception Senior Lady in sorting everything for me.A big Thank You.

Our stay was extremely pleasant, and the staff were exceptionally polite. Since we had a late-night bus, the staff graciously allowed us extra time to freshen up - thank you so much, ma'am. The food was delicious, and despite the restaurant being busy, the quality and taste remained uncompromised. A heartfelt thanks to the Benzy accommodation and restaurant staff for making our stay truly memorable.
