Regular customer 2012 so better than hospitality

Been a regular customer from 2 years. Till now I felt its worth the money . Rooms are clean so is toilet. No 24 hot water facility. Located 100 meters aways from MIT back gate.

Good place for budget stay. No alcohol shops nearby (so, quite secure). Cheap and decently maintained Veg restaurant. Bell boy showed the room and arranged everything well, room was handed to me right after cleaning and mopping the floor very well (felt nice and welcoming), it has some kind of multipurpose hall on first floor (with Hindu idols and photos, it was being used as prayer room) Near the hotel: Very close to everything (because Manipal is a small town; 5-7 mins walk to Tiger circle (main Intercity bus stop), lot of eateries nearby, opposite Manipal Institute of Technology back entrance, opposite Auto stand), it's on a road with a slope and turn (secure because I saw students of both genders walking from college to home in the evenings but not very safe from fast traffic - elderly and kids should not walk on the road), lots of parking space in front, Amazing views from rooms facing towards backside of hotel Room:- Pros: Hot water for shower, great views, good TV, good 4G reception (tested for Airtel), spacious rooms, bargainable prices (double bedroom for Rs 500 / night), secure area, fully equipped with pest control (did not find any insects apart from one tiny spider. Also, you can see the pest control medicine applied in the washroom and bedroom properly), fully functional and clean washroom, clean bed with bedsheets. Cons: old walls (same as any hotel building in this town), sightly leaky roof (stayed on top floor, rainwater dripped down the ceiling fan hanging hook, but did not bother at all during dry times), not so clean curtains, extremely strict 24 hours check-in check-out policy, no rooms on ground floor.

Rooms were clean n good.. bathroom was not much clean.. hot water is available only for 2-3 hrs in the morning.. worth the money..

We stayed there for 3-4 hours. Offered a very good price compared to any other lodge in neighborhood. Just 500/-. Neat and clean.

Rooms are available at an affordable single room priced around 800 you can find many Pubs nearby

Ok place to stay. Staffs are pretty rude. We need to ask them to clean the rooms They won't do it by themselves. But it's ok to stay for a night or two
