Richmond Inn and Suites

Location was great, however the service was very poor. On one night, there wasn't a guard or anyone at the reception. That was completely unacceptable to me. They even closed the lights to the staircase, so to climb down them was another hazard!This was around 1am. There was no room service done. The place didn't feel new at all, despite being in a new building. Overall I don't recommend this hotel for the price range. Plenty of other hotels nearby that offer far superior service at this price point, that offer a lot more. I would say knock off the rent by a thousand at LEAST if this hotel is keeping the same quality and level of service. A little goes a long way, and every little thing in Richmond really showed that quality wasn't their priority.

Brand new hotel but already feeling service deficiencies. Staff informed us early check (12pm vs 2pm) in is chargeable at 1000 despite hotel being empty which they were discussing (not discreetly) among themselves. Toilet seat was unclean. No staff was to be found in the morning- no reception no security. It's understandable that since it's brand new there are operational matters to be ironed out but there seems to be an overall lack of concern from staff and management.

Recently opened. Very good space and location also. No one is answering the phone for booking. After check in everything is hadled by security omly. No other service team. No floor mat inside the room there is no front office or service No mentioned on the phone. Need lot of improvement in services.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were comfortable. I truly had a wonderful experience.

Rooms are very spacious, nice locality
