I had come for a 2 day 1 night trip to Manipal for work, after completing my work and meeting up with my friends, i reached the Hotel at 12:50 AM at night to sleep, the entire hotel was locked and empty with no employees present to attend to guests, the only number provided on Google did not pick up, due to which i was forced to stay over at a different hotel at night with my luggage locked here, they did not even provide towels for bathing nor a hot water kettle, for morning, there isn't even a landline in the rooms for you to call restaurant or reception. Moreover even though I was unable to sleep in the hotel at night because of staff not present at the reception and phone not being reachable, i was told that I should have informed the hotel before leaving and it is my fault and that I must pay the full amount, even during billing no management staff was present and they only spoke over the phone and told me to pay full amount. I would recommend people to not use the Hotel here and spend some more and go to a decent place where there is staff always present at the reception and basic amenities are provided in the room.

The room and bathroom was neat and clean. The service by the hotel was good. No complaints. The hotel location to the temple maybe around 2 Kilometers and there is a temple parking. So this aspect is fine. We were three adults and one baby.

Room is good but the quality of extra mattress was very poor. Room service is good. Staff is friendly and cordial. Food was good. They had parking space as well. Nearby to temple .

Fully A/C rooms enjoyed here with family we booked all the rooms ...nice view from the balcony ..even we enjoyed the delicious food ...they serve south indian,north indian,tandoor and Chinese very lovely staff

Had a wonderful stay here! The property has been recently renovated, so it was spotless and well-maintained. Plus, it's conveniently located close to Manipal University and right next to the main road. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Manipal and Udupi.
