Disappointing Stay - Not Recommended for Families Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it, especially for families. Misleading Hotel Name - The hotel name listed online was different from the actual name, making it difficult to locate. There was no proper signboard, adding to the confusion. Safety Concerns - This hotel has an attached resto-bar, which does not create a family-friendly environment. I did not feel it was safe for a stay with children. Incorrect Booking Details - I had booked a stay for 2 adults and 2 kids, but upon arrival, the hotel had only registered 2 adults. However, the invoice still mentioned 2 adults and 2 kids, indicating mismanagement. Poor Hygiene & Maintenance - The rooms were not clean. There was a lot of dust under the bed, and the cupboards were in terrible condition. It seemed like the place was not properly maintained. Unprofessional Staff - The receptionist did not speak Kannada or English and only communicated in Hindi, that too in an unprofessional manner, lacking basic courtesy and common sense. Overall, the hotel seems to be running in a casual, unprofessional manner rather than as a serious hospitality business. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Worst service and ambience is very bad. Beside reception, there is bar which gives bad impression for families. Cigarette and alcohol smell during entrance at reception. The AC is not working in the room which was given to me and it is not got repaired even when I inform morning after check in. Hotel staff gives stupid reasons instead of resolving the AC issue which was informed in morning. Very bad experience... The price for the room is not worthy. Not at all recommend for others...

Worst Service and worst experience. Bed bugs and AC not working. Tiny untidy rooms. We immediately checked out, still not refunded.pathetic service

Giving 1 star because there is no option to give negative stars, rooms are ok, no hot water, door locks are easily breakable, fans switch not working and careless staffs.

Very bad experience. I prefer Don't visit. It was a mistake of visiting or booking there the room we booked is 2 rooms. I booked AC rooms and in one room the AC temperature won't change and the other room didn't have AC working at all. It was horrible the water in bathroom was coming in green colour and mud water. One room had proper water in and hot water was not good and it was completely mud in it. We couldn't change room Because it was night. The lodge didn't have Indian food service. I prefer not to book this lodge. The rooms's lock was rusted and bathroom door handles was rusted. Not cleaned properly the floor was sticky. The ceiling fan had the same speed could not change the bathroom tap was leaking and completely dirty. Chair was dirty. Iron cupboard was dirty the dust was coming completely when we opened it and cupboard was spoiled. Dustbin was not cleaned when we entered. Very bad experience. I am completely disappointed. Not worth for the given money.

It's good to stay, and the staff members are very warm and welcoming. Especially the delhi guy, and the Mumbai girl from their staff.

I had booked 2 rooms for 3 days, small room, not clean, TV was not work in both the rooms, 1 AC remote for both rooms.
