Hygiene and Room cleanliness, they don't know what that is! Room walls, not painted, everywhere fungus and tons of humidity. Room Service - very poor, Don't know English or Hindi. I Booked a suit room, hope it will be the best shown in photos. It turned out to be a nightmare, at night there were so many cockroaches roaming as it's their home. Bedding was ditty and started itching in the middle of the night. Over-all please don't book here, 2k for that kinda service is bad. The only plus point of this is the location. Which is in the centre of the city.

Friends pls avoid this hotel if u need a good night sleep after a long day. Here's my review after staying here. Pros: * Hotel location is good. Cons: * Room full of cockroach and it scares. If you don't believe me then at midnight just switch on the lights and check. There will be many cockroaches sleeping with u in ur bed. Once you see the cockroaches in ur bed, you will be not able to sleep at night. * Bed sheets, pillow cases and blankets feels like not washed or replaced from many years. All stained and torn. Yuck. * Room is full of mold and paint came of from the walls. From outside it may look decent enough to come and stay for a day or so but trust me it's not worth it. It feels like the property is 100 yrs old inside rooms. * Rooms and washroom smell like old godowns or abandoned old theatre. Foul smell everywhere. Also, if you are wondering why so many good reviews then let me tell you that those reviews posted years back when the property management knows about cleanliness and hygiene. But if you see all recent reviews then you can make out the facts. Finally, I would not even suggest this for solo travellers let alone for family.

Nasty rooms with foul smell, mold and cigar smell. No lift in the hotel. Service is poor and front desk person was rude and did not provide extra bed though requested multiple times. Not at all suggested for families. Though description says deluxe AC and suite rooms, they are worse than ordinary rooms stinking.

U had stayed with filmy and cousins booking four rooms. Rooms have cockroaches. Washroom is very small, water did not for two rooms. There was no geyser in another room. Rooms had many mosquitos. For the price what we paid -Rs 2400 per room night you can get better managed hotels. The walls of the rooms had seepage problems, Sink in the common area was not kept clean. Totally, very disappointing experience, don't recommend for family stay.

Great hosts, great rooms , just the right amount of luxury you need in manipal, where staying with your friends. We had taken a room on the top floor, where 5 girls had stayed. Very safe, clean, good service. Perfectly would define it like a chill hostel. A super market is below the buidling, so its quite convenient.

The most horrible hotel ever. Overly priced rooms with A/C only in one room inside. No service at all. Okay e carried our luggage by ourselves to the 3rd floor. Asked for 3 extra beddings and got 2 thin paper like beddings with no pillow and bedsheets. The hotel smelled absolutely disgusting and there was moss growing everywhere.

One of the worst oyo rooms I have ever stayed in. Stayed in Room 206 and the room was very small. The roof looked very dirty, was a disturbing site while lying down on the bed. The was room was too small and the walls and window of the washroom was extremely dirty.

I can give above 4 star for balcony rooms because it was re furnished and very clean...but don't go for inside rooms bcz there will be lot of mosquitoes during my sleep and toilet was very small not clean....But definitely I would say that the guyS were very friendly and helpful...
