Stayed here for 2 full months while visiting from Canada. Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms are well equipped. Generator works every time during power outages that happen almost every other day for multiple hours. AC and hot water is up to par. They have special room rates for month long stays which is a great value and much more flexible compared to renting. Bike rental shop is right round the corner too. I count myself lucky to have found this place for my stay.

One can literally book this stay without a second thought, I stayed there for a month and never encountered even a single inconvenience. They have maintained the whole property very clean and hygiene, credits to housekeeping staff. A big appreciation for receptionists, they were so polite and welcoming. Keep up the good work

Great place to stay in Manipal, especially for families. In addition to keeping the facility tidy and well-maintained, the front desk and housekeeping personnel always go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a comfortable and clean stay. The owner's passion for gardening makes the morning walk around the property worthwhile. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, front desk staff can always arrange you transportation upon request. The internet speed is excellent. All things considered, it was a fantastic experience, and I would like to thank the manager and every employee.

A Spacious Oasis Overshadowed by Poor Service I recently had the opportunity to stay at a service apartment that promised comfort and convenience, and I must say, the spaciousness of the unit was truly impressive. The layout was open and inviting, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for entertaining guests or just lounging after a long day. However, the positives of this beautiful apartment were regrettably eclipsed by the service - or rather, the lack thereof. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with indifference by the front desk staff. It quickly became apparent that customer service was not a priority for them. My check-in process was handled with a monotonous efficiency that lacked any semblance of warmth or welcome. Throughout my stay, the staff appeared unresponsive and disinterested. While the service apartment I stayed in is undoubtedly a fantastic option for anyone seeking space and comfort, I cannot recommend it due to the disheartening experience with the staff. If you value attentive and heartfelt customer service as much as a spacious room, this shining gem may not be the right choice for you. A great location and beautiful accommodations cannot make up for a lack of care and consideration from the team running the place. It's a shame that such a promising stay was marred by hopeless and heartless service.

I had booked a non-refundable room. I had to cancel it one day before because of some family reasons. I asked the owners if they cancel it. They generously waived off my entire amount without asking any questions even though it was a non-refundable booking. Extremely nice people who run their business in a humane way. I would definitely stay at this property whenever I'm visiting Manipal next. I wish them all the luck. They have earned it.

Cleanest of the properties we have visited as a family. Wincent is maintaining high standard of cleanliness. Raksha is excellent and quick in responding. They are very thoughtful and rooms have every necessary stuff what a family needs to stay. Thanks for a wonderful hospitality.

One of the best service apartments you can find. Our stay was pleasant and we had no complaints. The place is clean and well-maintained and pretty close to good restaurants and shops. It's best if you have a vehicle to go around this area. One of the access roads is terrible but there is a better road from the main road.
