Rooms are moderate for it's Price. But nicely located and decent service. No complication. Liked the stay

The rooms were not clean. There were used packets of shampoo and soap lying in the washroom. Mosquitos were there in the rooms. Washroom was also not clean. Seems like they have not cleaned the room after the last checkout and handed over the keys to us.

Rooms are okay not maintained well at all, even toilets are not great. Promised 24/7 hot water, which didn't happen. Cockroaches in the rooms. No proper amenities as well, bedsheet isnt washed, neither are the towels overall below average and not a good choice for the price

Horrible service, rooms are with cockroaches. Highly not recommend. Not worthy staying here...

There are a list of drawbacks in the hotel:|1. The hotel is not located in canter, check Madhuvan Serai or Hometown Galleria for same price and better service.|2. The hotel includes a rooftop pub which has very loud music in the night and is difficult to sleep in the room.|3. The towels are not clean and the manager Vikrant is not available at times.|4. Room was definitely good but the only strange was, even though they are charging high, they don't provide breakfast|5. Better hotels which includes complimentary breakfast and are family friendly are located well within the city center, do check them.

Loved it. Beautiful restaurant in Manipal. Very friendly staff and customer friendly owner. Even it is bar and pub attached, only veggies can adjust here. There is no bad smell of non veg food. Food quality is super. Cool Lodging, good quality of furniture and good room service. It's budget friendly also. If possible I could have given six for this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for our visit to udupi temple.Their interiors are really nice. I need to give special appreciation for keeping common area neat and attractive. The lift itself was designed in a very attractive way. Each time I used that lift I felt so happy. It didn't give me a suffocating feeling.We stayed on 2nd floor.Rooms were really neat and clean and it was spacious.Bed was enough for two adults and it will be little congested with a kid.Bedsheets were clean and the quilt was really soft .Bed was really soft and warm. Even if it was a soft bed it didn't give me back pain.All the lights,fan were working. AC was working properly. One small fridge,TV,one almara,one table with drawers.On top of it we can use kettle.One seater sofa and coffee table was there.Large size mirror was there in the room .Each and every corner of room was perfectly lighted as they put so many bulbs in different areas of room. Bathroom was clean and everything was working fine. Hot water was available in shower and wash basin also. One towel, very small soap and shampoo were provided by them.Everything about the room was really good. Only problem is that at night we can hear music from dance club which is on 4th floor. If we are really tired and want to sleep it won't matter you will get a good night sleep otherwise you will sleep only after the club stops music.Second thing which disturbed us was the calling bell. If in any other nearby room if they rang the calling bell the sound is so loud that the sound will wake us also.Another problem which I found is that the bathroom was getting filled with cigarette smell and we need to use exhaust fan all the time. Restaurant service is really good and costly. It is on 1st floor. Breakfast starts only at 11am in the morning. Dinner is available till 11.30.Whenever we went there for dinner very few people were present there. So it is an apt place for having food with your family peacefully. Gulab jamun with ice cream was really good.Three different types of veg kebab I tried and all 3 of them tasted the same. Veg biriyani was good. Restaurant staffs were really cordial towards the customers. Parking is little bit difficult at night time because at that time so many people will come to dance club so it will be difficult to get the same spot everytime you go outside. Anyway we didn't have any problem to park our car as the hotel had enough parking space around it.Security narayanan was really helpful when it comes to parking your car.The day we were checking out he washed our car even if we didn't tell him to do so as we forgot to mention it to him earlier. Our stay in hotel sarah international was really nice and we hope to stay there if we want to visit udupi krishna temple again.

The hotel is located at one of the best places in Manipal. All to-be places are easily accessible from here. It has clean rooms, good service and helpful staff. The prices can be a little steep in comparison to the other hotels in Manipal that provide better designed rooms at this cost. But, overall it's a good choice :)
