Hotel Green Park Suites

I booked the room through online. I made special request online that I'll do early check-in. When I reached there at 7 am, they denied check in and said I can check in at 2 pm only as I booked online, though the vacant rooms are available.I said I'll leave at 7 pm itself the same day and requested the receptionist to allow me or use the washroom for bathing, they denied. I'm their regular visitor. Even they don't have basic humanity to allow me in as I went as solo female. Their only reply is don't book online.What is the point in booking online. If v go offline, which I did last 2 visits, they showed me only deluxe room with ac and costliest rooms which is not needed which is waste of money as I'll leave the same night. Inhumane people and cheaters both the male and female receptionists.I don't recommend this hotel anymore. Worthless and inhumane people. I'll give only 0 rating

Green Park is one of the oldest hotels in Manipal hence at a prime location. The best part about this hotel is at half the price it gives you the same luxury comfort bed, amenities , bathroom fixtures minus the glamour and complimentary breakfast you enjoy at HomeTown Galleria. As both properties are owned by the same person. Also this hotel has been renovated so the fixtures are new and modern. Would like to give a special thanks to Disha at the reception, I had checked in late at night , had a fever running in morning and needed a few more hours of sleep. Disha agreed to extend the checkout by an hour. Which was very helpful.

Value for money. Got what was promised at very reasonable price. Expectations were set lower.|Attentive staff especially room service.|Hot water was hot. Nice natural light in the lobby. Good cleanliness in the room. Did not try food.|Bad - wifi did not work. Gave feedback at the reception. Some weekend party noise on saturday night.

Spacious and neatly kept rooms. 24 hr hot water was available. Room service food was good too. The reception staff and service staff are very warm, courteous and prompt. The hotel is ideally located at Tiger circle and has various restaurants and stores around it. And located near the MIT campus. Only cons were the switches,which had to be pressed really hard to work and non skid mats can be added in the bathroom. But good experience.

Good location. Excellent & Very Mattress for sound sleep. Internal room is also good. Even no breakfast restaurant but nearby go places for breakfast/ Lunch. This Hotel is very good to stay.

Though the entrance is not great, the rooms are huge and toilets are big. A bit old though are the furniture especially the cupboards. Eye of the Tiger, their restaurant is good, esp the beers. The staffs are courteous and friendly. The receptionist are helpful

Good place to stay and well maintained rooms with parking availability... instead of spending lot of money at beach side, you can stay here and go to beach side and all, renewed hotels such as woodland and MTR are within 5-6 kms

Stayed just for a night. Humungous room, spacious bathroom and basement parking for car. Got for a good rate. Would suggest to call the hotel directly to get the rates rather than booking through third party websites. Staff was quite courteous. Didn't try the food but would definitely visit again if I'm around these parts again.
