Hotel Dashrath Residency

I stayed with my parents and friends for about 2 days during our convocation (AC rooms) and my experience was very pleasant. I don't know why the other reviews seem to be so negative, but as of the most recent stay, we recieved good food, room service, hot water, fresh set of towels (if required) and clean beds. The people at the reception were eager to help with anything and overall, if you are looking for an affordable option with good service, you should definitely go for this hotel!

Great place to stay in Manipal area. The rooms were big and had a lot of facilities. Water, basic services, amenity kits were provided for us as well as we were given 24 h check in since the time we arrived. The hot water facility was disrupted in the morning we stayed. There was no lift and no WiFi available. The AC remote was not working, we had to manage it by turning off the AC.

Lousy rooms, very unhygienic the mattress and bedding was stained with blood, the towels looked soiled. Bathroom has no hot water. No lift. Staff are lazy, arrogant and unhelpful. The owner is least bothered and is more focused on running the bar downstairs. Place reeks of cheap liquor and cigarettes. They don't even give you a proper bill. Steer clear from these shady places and find some place else to stay burnt my finger by staying here. The receptionist is a delusional fraud who thinks he is a partner of the hotel.

If your with friends best place to stay for a night with basic requirements below 2000 rupees big room.

The rooms of the hotel include Ac and Non-Ac rooms.This a very economic hotel where you can find rooms from 500 INR.The hotel room has all amenities.There was a swimming pool ,restaurant and bar in the hotel.Beauty saloon is also available but at some charges.

Rooms are dusty.. Not worth the stay if you are ready to fetch a few bucks more. Try Hotel Lakeview beside it instead.

Mosquitos.... We need to open the window for ventilation. A lot of mosquitos entered the room since there was no mosquito net on the windows
