De Classico Hotel

We stayed there for 4 days and it felt like 4 months. There is no proper parking facility, you have to find your parking on your own. For 4 days stay they haven't cleaned rooms or clear trash. Everytime their response is same just 5 mins and we will do it but those 5 mins is yet to come. Lastly even for a water bottle of 20 rs they will charge 25 rs without any explanation. The bathroom facilities were broken, the bedsheets were so dirty that we had to use our own.

Very pathetic experience of booking this hotel. This is an oyo property trying to rebrand themselves..1. rooms are extremely unclean with full of spider web, 2 bathrooms were dirty and with all fittings with rust. 3. No hotwater but receptionist won't agree for the same. 4. Not even provided with proper door mats and dustbin buckets. 5. TVs are not working. Pl avoid this property at any cause if you are visiting udupi. Not sure how come sites like MMT , goibibo listing these..rooms were given very late too. Finally all these 4+ ratings seems paid ones. No actual guests would ever rate this property at 5

worst hotel ever seen, rooms are smelling like anything and they even don't spray. And the booking experience was horrible as we have booked AC room 2 weeks back and at the time of checkin they told it is soldout.And behaviour of staff was very pathetic and I will not at all acceptable.

I had a wonderful dinning experience at Bob bar. The ambiance was inviting and perfect for a casual meal. The menu offered a great variety and I was impressed by the quality of the dishes. I tried the crispy chicken which was flavourful and beautifully presented. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Bob bar is a must visit for families.

Had a very bad experience visiting this hotel. The owner overbooked the stay and we had to relocate to a different hotel at 10 PM. He gave us false excuses that AC is not working and there is no water supply in the room which we booked. He had the audacity to ask us if we have booked any alternative stay. So, overall poor management. Please reconsider this hotel and confirm if your stay is confirmed or not.

The hotel is in bad condition. There is no chair in the room, and it looks nothing like the pictures. The mattress is very uncomfortable, and the room is too small. I booked a deluxe room, but there are only standard rooms. There's no geyser either.

Fantastic place for a family meal. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Menu has something for everyone. My kids really loved the food along with the adults. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive making us feel so easy and comfortable. Great spot whether you are out with kids or catching up with friends. We will definitely come back.

Not so great!! Could friendly rooms but too many restrictions. Staff is not humble or polite. Little short tempered staff. Felt rude in expressing restrictions. For eg. I came to visit a friend for an hour that to lady. Still staff stopped me at the entrance & started asking for ID, names it felt ride not respectfull. If it's a family room I can understand but yeah. Overall it's a bad experience.
