- Everything sold above market price even 10-20/- tea costs 30/- and 30/- for mineral water - when asked for extra blanket they gave uncovered blankets - every small service is paid . - door handle was broken and was out in your hands when pulled or pushed - in our absence cleaning staff smoked in my room could smell it easily that foul smell. - disco is in lower floor , loud volume may bother you if coming on weekends. -Only good thing is that room is spacious and little clean . - Closet's lock was broken cannot put valuble stuff. -Hotel is situated near Manipal Academy of higher education. -My personal Hotel experience was poor recommend opt for other good hotels near by.

We where two plp a couple. As my better half was sick and was down with high fever we decided to check in. I had made reservation for a night then later extended it for a day. The staff behavior was pathetic, extremely slow service, they take guest needs very lightly. The room needs major maintenance work there is seepage in the room. Despite of knowing that there's a guest check-in who is sick there where no measures taken. The utensils in the room where dirty. The bedsheets and pillows where dirty and yellow in colour there was water leaking inside the room from the window pain.||Since my better half's condition became much worse I had to take him to the hospital late at night and then the next we decided to extend. On every room service that we ordered even a bottle of water they asked us to pay immediately and that's the rule. I had booked a standard room during my check-in on day one which I was unaware that it didn't have a kitchen attached to it. Later I asked for the upgrade to which they asked me some Rs. 500/- extra to which I was completely ok with and I payed. However they seemed extremely desperate and from the minute I entered the hotel to the time I went to the room they kept following me to pay the 500 rupees which was really irritating. The next day when I had to extend my room because of my better half's condition there was already a commotion going on at the front desk with another guest. However I had to pay for the next days booking therefore I came down and waited to have the needful done and not only this I had already given my card at the front desk to swipe before hand as it is very annoying being a guest to be Disturbed again and again. Later I raised my voice stating why is taking so long to extend the room can you swipe and show me the next upgraded room that I have payed for. Between all this another guest waiting for her booking to be confirmed asked me as to what happened I told her I am waiting for my room its been long I gave my card to him and then went up to the room to settle down the patient besides this there services are really slow. To this the front desk associate got up for his seat pinpointing at me and speaking in his native language that how dare you speak to the other guest and tell I'll about the hotel. The agruement went on to a level where I had to raise my voice in kanada and literally go to the otherside of the desk. I had shout and tell don't you have any sense there's a sick guest and that's how u treat. Listening to this the 2 men who looked like the property owners came on shouting and saying that you are drunk don't shout and create a commotion here he said all this looking at the guest crossed at the front desk entrance. I between all this all the three started commenting that you are a girl so we are leaving you. After all this he told us vacate. ||Horrible place never to be stayed. I felt extremely unsafe.

shower towel very old one can't use. bathroom bad smell. room is just ok but blankets not available in the room. pub and restaurant nearb. location also ok. you can expect public transportation anytime (autoriksha). kasturba medical college walking distance. I'm not preferring oyo booking. hotel management also not supporting oyo customer's. oyo guest cannot check in before 12. otherwise you need to pay extra.

Booked through OYO but they asked us to cancel the booking during check-in. I am assuming that it helps them to save on OYO commissions. The rooms were decent but when we entered there was a foul smell. The intercom doesn't work and linen are below average. Had a good view at the balcony though.

We have visited udupi on 21st May n stayed there for 3 days. ProS: 1.Very cooperative n friendly staffs. 2. Spacious rooms 3. Can easily get auto. 4. Cooking facility for suite rooms. 5. Lounge bar n restaurant available in the hotel itself. Cons: 1. need to improve on cleanliness n ambience.. 2. Cafeteria is very clumsy n dirty.breakfast taste can be enhanced. 3. Pillow covers n bedspread needs to be changed before handing over the room. 4. AC coolant needs to be checked..it was not properly cooling the room.

I stayed in this apartment on 22 February for one night and two nights on 25th and 26th February, 2019. The apartment was very spacious, clean and neat. The AC accommodation was very very reasonable and location is good and easy to reach, even though, it is little bit away from the centre. Only suggestion I would like to make is the improvement in quality of bed spreads.

I booked a Deluxe 4X room through oyo, they weren't prepared with the basics when we checked in. Extra mattress , pillow weren't there. Towels were hard and rough as if weren't changed since ages, just washing and using since decades. Linens were just okay. Didn't feel freshly washed. And the worst part! Breakfast! That room stinks like the food is rotten since 2-3 days.. the breakfast was stinking like anything, we couldn't stand that smell how could they expect us to eat at such place. Really bad experience.

Very nice and neatly maintained ....the staff is extremely friendly. Have stayed there couple of times both for about 7-8 days with family. They accomodate requests as far as possible. They have now cancelled breakfast. wish there was complimentary coffee tea and newspaper. if you are travelling with family and wish to cook yourself then this place is best.
