They are deceiving customers by updating wrong images of the hotel. This is very pathetic place to stay. I had booked a late night check-in wherein i checked in only at 4am & requested to extended till 2pm as there were no other options for me to stay. Initially while booking they agreed & asked me to checkin. When i visited at 4am i was shocked to see such worst hotel with poor maintenance & rude front desk assistant who was so arrogant dint even consider ladies & kids. I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 6 people but he gave me 2 double rooms stating no availability. Rooms, beds everything is worst. Images on any travel site & their website is not matching. Worst experience. Moreover they charged mec4k for 2 low maintained rooms. It only suites for guys who just want to check-in & fresh up. Not suitable for families. Very poorly maintained place.

I request people to check the rooms before booking. ..I just had a look in the room before booking it and saw cockroaches walking all around the room...rooms are not maintained properly, no pestcontrol done and upon asking the Attendant he was very rude and directly said room isn't available....if room was not available than Why did he show me the Room???that was my question to the boy working there and the answer I got is if u want the room that u will have to pay 200rs extra...cheaters no.1...receptionist was very rude...he even told us that it is the only hotel n lodge there and no hotels r there near by....all lies...scammers...business policy...just 2 mints walking distance there is one more hotel and lodge...perfect and reasonable room rates with good amenities...do check ....fr good experience

Had the worst experience in this hotel. The place is very shady and the lobby is dark. Rooms were unclean with mould on the walls. There holes on the wall and ceiling. Bedsheets and pillow covers looked unchanged or washed. The room had a musty odor. Bathroom was unclean and no mug or bucket were provided. The room door could not be locked properly. Attitude of the receptionist and the other staff were rude and very casual. We had booked this hotel seeing the pictures posted but the rooms does not even look remotely close to what has been shown. Do not book this place at any cost. Not worth a penny

A pathetic experience I would advise everyone not to book this room no matter what the sheets the rooms are so dirty and there are stains on all of them if u ask the guy he laughs and says sir they come from the laundry this way . There was some vomit or something on the band that they put on the end of u ask him about that he again laughs and says sir that is not important no ,,,

Good clean and hygiene lodging rooms are good and lift is is also good, hospitality is good, cleaning is good, i feel like iam at home, very good climate attractive and, very close to all enta kilometre

Rooms are not clean at all. I was scared to touch the tape even because they were full of dirt and grease . The bucket and mug were also dirty. I felt the room is given to next guest without cleaning or changing sheets and towels. The towel provided was once upon a time seem to be white but not any more. No wifi as promised. Not worth the money they charge for one night. I will not stay in this hotel even if offered free.

This is a very third class hotel. Booking is done through Oyo app. We even take advance payment but on visiting the hotel they refuse to say that rooms are not available. They show nothing online on Oyo. We cannot trust them and do not even get our money refunded.
