It's a decent place to crash, big rooms at reasonable prices in the middle of the city. The staff is very polite and helpful. I was on a solo trip and felt very safe over there. Definitely going there again.

Poor service and hotel was old one not clean at all, hotel staff not respond they don't provide even basic facilities like water,,

Rooms I got were clean and neat but the corridors were smelling of urine. And no free drinking water provided. Overall a decent stay if other hotels are not available.

this place has been t same for almost a decade. clean rooms & old charm. what can improve is their travel desk and a new drinking water cooler.

This hotel is just bad. Rooms smell of cigarettes and urine. Bathroom is never cleaned. Lucky that there is water in taps. Toilets are like old bus stand, bed is super old. My back was paining after I woke up, bedsheets and pillows are very dirty. For a price of 1200, room should atleast provide good towels and cleaning kit.

I checked in the morning at 6:30am. Left the place and come back at 4:30pm. Being tired, wanted to relax but come back to see some infrastructure work happening in the room. Allotted a separate room after showing tiredness to the management. Shower doesn't work. A friend (travel guide - local) visited at 4:30pm and left at 5pm. Came back to drop off and was charged 500/- extra for the same while checking out at 9:45pm the same day. No proper restaurant in house. No work ethics. No empathy. No doubt seeing such bad reviews. Adding one more feather in their cap as the rooms and washrooms do smell of cigarettes and urine...

Receptionist is unprofessional idiot, he doesn't have common phone etiquette and not Will to try to connect to the restaurant, even if u gt connected restaurants guy doesn't know kanada Tulu nd also he is hard of hearing. So all ur time communicating is WASTE OF TIME.most Horrible staff in Mlore.
