Abysmal, nothing premier about it. Nonexistent service. Dirty bed linen, dirty bathroom. Infested with cockroaches. Gentleman receptionist said they were small ones, implying it was no big deal. Were reluctant to even provide drinking water bottles although a hot kettle is provided. After being threatened, we were shifted to a cockroach free room in the night which took an hour. Checked out the next morning for a better hotel

Disappointing Stay at White Stone Premier Inn, Mangalore: I recently had the misfortune of staying at the White Stone Premier Inn in Mangalore, and my experience was utterly disappointing. The room I was allocated was in a deplorable state, with an unacceptable level of cleanliness. The room was littered with hairs, indicating a lack of attention to detail and poor housekeeping. The floor and surfaces were not cleaned properly, giving the impression that the room had not been maintained for a while. To make matters worse, the air conditioner remote control was missing, making it impossible to adjust the temperature. Furthermore, there was no hot water available, which added to the overall discomfort of my stay. The state of the room and the lack of basic amenities made my stay at White Stone Premier Inn a miserable experience. I hope that the management takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall quality of their services.

Came here to book a room after seeing the availability on an online platform. Wanted to deal directly with the hotel instead of the platform but they were quoting a price even higher than the platform and behaving quite rudely. Bad experience.

Would give zero stars if I could. Unless the manager/receptionist learns to behave with his customers, absolutely do not recommend going here. They quoted double the price than online platforms and then while negotiating, was very rude. Wouldn't do business with them.

God place to stay in without much expectation. Good locality, clean, grooming staff, great value for money. No canteen in the hotel. Felt absence of accounting documents is the only concern.

We booked 3 rooms by booking.com. prior to our visit we called and got confirmed also. When we reached hotel by 3pm only two rooms were ready. They asked to wait 1 hour for another room. Location is good but service is not great.

First and foremost the staff does not care about what you want and they are rude, and very judging. We called room service alot of times but they did not come . At no costt!!, come here very bad experience!!!!!
