Treebo Sky City Grand

Treebo Sky City Grand Hotel is an average stay option in Mangalore, but it falls short in terms of basic maintenance and service. The biggest issue is the poor upkeep--door locks don't work properly, and even the in-room phones are useless when trying to reach reception. The staff, rather than addressing concerns, simply ask guests to "manage" through the stay, which is quite disappointing. The lack of basic amenities is another letdown. There's no coffee available, and the in-house restaurant only opens at 12 PM, making it inconvenient for early risers. The complimentary breakfast is very basic, with no eggs or extra items available to order, making it one of the weaker offerings compared to similar hotels. Bathrooms are in poor condition, which adds to the overall discomfort. Another major issue is transportation. You won't easily find cabs to and from the city, and if you ask the hotel for help, they'll quote an absurd 600 for a ride that costs only 320 on Ola. This kind of overcharging feels unfair and adds to the frustration of staying here. While the hotel has potential, the lack of proper maintenance, poor service, and overpriced transport options make it difficult to recommend. Would only suggest staying here if you're looking for a budget stay and don't mind compromising on comfort.

Close to airport, Rooms are maintained well and service is good. A veg, Non-veg restaurant available in the same building (okish food). Courteous staff is big plus. Value for money

Absolutely pathetic experience with this hotel! They provided none of the basic amenities you'd expect--no towels, no soaps, no complimentary tea or coffee. In fact, they provided nothing! The window didn't even have curtains for privacy, and the fan switch had no option to adjust the speed. We booked a deluxe room, but the room was shockingly small--it felt like they downgraded us to a lower-class room without explanation. The bathroom was so tiny that there was barely enough space to sit or bathe comfortably. Overall, it was a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even the most basic level of comfort.

I made a quick stop at this hotel between two flights. I arrived late at night, and the check-in was smooth with no unnecessary documents requested for my stay, even as a foreigner and a couple. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located about 1.2 km from the airport terminal, and while a pre-paid taxi might try to overcharge, it's a 15-minute walk to the hotel, so walking is an easy option. The only downside to this hotel is the payment process. You can't pay through Booking, and then they repeatedly message you to make a pre-payment, which seems unnecessary. It doesn't make sense to me--either accept payment through Booking or allow payment at check-in. I didn't pay in advance, and there were no issues upon arrival.

We had ordered shawarma but it had lot of cabbage in it and also chicken was not properly cooked, also they took long time to just give tea, that too wasn't worth it! Might be because we went there just a day after eid and saw different workers working, during Ramadan i hadn't faced any such issues also tea tasted good everytime!

For our one night stay at this hotel, we are greeted with only one thing among all the amenities listed on the wall as Treebo amenities - A soiled towel! we had to request to get fresh towels, kettle, toilet tissue. Pillows were infested with fungus. Breakfast was very basic. Again there is promise of eggs, cereals etc written on the wall, none were provided. This is not expected of a hotel that charged 4k plus for a night of stay! Poorly managed property, stay somewhere else for half the price and you can get similar service. There is noise from train and plane close by, which is not the property's fault, but they could make things better with proper service for the price charged.

Had gone there for a night. Great service, good food and helpful staff. Rooms are decent.

It is near airport road but you will not get anything needed.. We paid extra amount after reaching there for early check in but .. We have booked 2 room another one we got in the evening.. Poor service.. No toiletries are provided. Not even a coffee you will get here.. It is in the outskirts so we have to reach the nearby city for any essential thing for that we have to give 700 to 1500 for a cab. Congratulations!! if you are here they will spoil your moment.
