We recently stayed at Hotel Townhouse Kudro with a group booking of 17 rooms, and our experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like honored guests. Every detail of our group reservation was handled with remarkable care and efficiency, allowing us to settle in quickly and focus on our event. The check-in process was smooth, and the warm, personalized welcome set the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable stay. The rooms were spacious, immaculately maintained, and stylishly decorated--each one a comfortable haven after our long days. We booked the hotel through GoiBibo. The room they gave us was not in a good condition. I expected more from this place as I got an amazing experience when I booked directly at the hotel reception! As a guest, you expect basic cleanliness. Even that wasn't done during our stay.

VITS Select Kudro Destinn in Mangalore has its pros and cons. Located on a busy street, don't expect a grand welcome lobby--you enter through a small glass door and head to the first floor to reach the reception. However, the lobby area is nicely designed, and the staff are warm and welcoming, which adds a pleasant touch. The rooms, though small, have a quirky charm with iron-and-wood furniture dominating the space. There are so many drawers that it feels like you're in a furniture showroom! The bed is also on the smaller side but fits the overall "cute" vibe of the room. Breakfast is complimentary, but there's no full-fledged restaurant--you'll need to order your meal. That said, the food is absolutely exceptional and definitely a highlight of the stay. The worst part, though, is the lack of parking facilities. The hotel does not provide parking, so you're left to fend for yourself by finding a spot on the busy street--definitely inconvenient if you're driving. Overall, it's a decent option for a short stay, provided you can overlook the parking hassle and are okay with compact rooms. The friendly staff and excellent food do help make up for it.

Do not fall for the false, advertised/paid reviews. It is a disgusting stay. They have buckets on top of the cupboards to collect the AC water. You have to call about 20 times for getting even the moat rudimentary service like clean towels, cutlery or even room service. Very unclean and absolutely an horrendous stay. These kind of places even harm the tourist visits to Mangalore.

During my trip to Mangalore, I stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The unique design of the hotel is what stood out the most - a 360-degree open corridor concept allows you to see all floors from one central point, which was both unique and convenient. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The amenities were excellent, and the room was beyond comfortable, with a cozy bed, a reading table, well-lit cupboards, and a spacious bathroom that was spotless. Everything, from the air conditioning to the furniture, was top-notch. I was so impressed with my stay that I'd love to revisit this hotel the next time I'm in Mangalore. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-designed place to stay!

Our stay at Hotel kudro was incredibly disappointing, and we will not be returning. From the moment we arrived, the experience was filled with frustration and poor service. Booking and Check-In: The check-in process was a disaster. We were made to wait over an hour because the hotel had not properly prepared our booking in advance. There was no urgency or effort from the staff to resolve the issue. This delay, combined with the lack of apology, made the start of our stay stressful and frustrating. Guest Policy: To make matters worse, we were never informed during the booking process that guests were not allowed in the rooms. My brother and sister came to visit us during our stay, and this caused significant issues. The hotel should have made this policy clear when we booked, as it created unnecessary complications. Room: The room was clean, but the overall experience was overshadowed by the issues with check-in and the guest policy. It was hard to fully relax and enjoy the space after the initial frustration. Service: The staff were not polite or helpful. Instead of addressing the issues with courtesy, they were dismissive, and their lack of professionalism only added to the stress of the situation. It was clear they weren't interested in helping or resolving our concerns. Location: The location was fine, but the poor service and lack of communication made it hard to enjoy the surroundings. Things to Improve: The hotel needs to improve its communication with guests, especially regarding policies like guest restrictions. It's also essential that staff be properly trained in customer service. Guests should never feel like their concerns are ignored or dismissed. Overall: Between the long check-in wait, rude staff, and lack of transparency about guest policies, we cannot recommend Hotel kudro . What could have been a pleasant stay was instead an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. We hope the hotel improves these issues for future guests.

Good place to stay. The staff was very quick in helping us check-in and check-out. Location is good close to famous eateries. They do not have a designated parking space available. You will have to park in front of the hotel on the road. No hot water was provided for shower. Overall a decent stay for the price point.

Good Place, nice layout, House keeping should be upgraded. Found my bed linens were used and had to request them to be changed again. Restaurant below servers the best fish dish in mangalore, must try I personally think it was better than the Machili and Kesari military hotel.
