The Sea View

Nice rooftop with a great poolside view and seating. Service was very good and prices were okay. Starters were tasty, but the soup and Mexican rice weren't good--most items tasted like tomato sauce. Only continental food is available. Overall, great ambiance but food needs improvement.

**Horrible Experience - Never Again!** I had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Sea View, Mangalore, Right from the start, the experience was far below even basic expectations. First, the breakfast arrangement was pathetic. Cold, tasteless food served with no variety and absolutely no sense of hygiene or service. It felt like they were doing guests a favor by putting out anything at all. Definitely not what you'd expect from a hotel claiming to be decent. To make matters worse, **in-room electronic items didn't work** - the TV wouldn't turn on, the AC made weird noises, and the kettle looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Complaints to the staff were met with empty promises and zero action. But the final straw? They refused to provide an invoice at checkout, saying it's not their responsibility if the room was booked through an online platform. Excuse me? That's basic professionalism, and they're clearly trying to avoid accountability. Avoid this place at all costs - poor service, broken amenities, and zero customer care. *Sea View* is only in the name, because everything else about this hotel is a disaster.

Stay here at Sea View was excellent and the staffs were very friendly right from reception to vallet parking. The ambience of roof top restaurant was too good with music. Food was also delicious. A dedicated person will guide until you get inside the room. Had an amazing pool at the top. Thank you each and every one. Will come back soon

The hotel is said to be 4 star however the room cleanliness and restroom hygiene is poor and moreover the mini bar fridge is empty without any beverage. Not really worth comparatively with other 4 star hotels. the restroom shower gel is empty and not refilled before the guest check in. There are no smoking rooms available at all, you will need to go out to smoking area which again not in same floor, you need to go all the way to 1st floor which i would say not all convenient for a smoker to get up and go again and again.

First time visiting The Sea View. A great experience, Kavana made the bookings swift and it was a last minute saviour. Great cleanliness and the pool view bar is a cherry on top. Overall a great place.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sea View Hotel! My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool on the rooftop with its stunning views - it was the highlight of their trip. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. The staff was very courteous, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. This hotel truly made our family trip special. Highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Five stars all the way!

It was a comfortable stay. We had a relaxing time and all the needs were met. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, especially the omelette and poha were yummy. I didn't get piping hot coffee the way I wanted be because of the air conditioner over there. The pool is exotic, and the commercial TV on the rooftop makes you forget the world and your stress...

The name The Sea View might be a bit misleading, as there is no actual sea view from the property. However, the hotel itself offers a comfortable stay with clean and spacious rooms, a cozy bed, and a range of dining options, including a dedicated vegetarian restaurant. The rooftop bar by the infinity pool adds a nice touch for relaxation.||||Check-in was slower than expected, which was a slight inconvenience. Similarly, the breakfast buffet, scheduled to start at 7:00 AM, wasn't fully ready until 7:20 AM, which could be improved.||||The hotel's location is convenient, just 20 minutes from the airport, making it a suitable option for short stays. Despite the minor delays at check-in and breakfast, the overall experience was decent.
