The Ocean Pearl

Stayed for 7 nights in Ocean Pearl, Navabharath Circle, Kodailbail, Mangalore. A very good property in the heart of the city and easily accessible to all the prime places for food and shopping in Mangalore. Nice spacious rooms, good outlets both for food and Alcholol lovers. Sagar Ratna the veg restaurant needs a special mention for its breakfasts like Idli, dosa, vada and sheera. The swimming pool, gym and spa cum salon are in other building within the property. Decent size swiming pool on the roof top, Gym is well equipped for basic exercises , spa and salon are spacious with good facilities. But the main highlight is the well mannered, helpful and courteous staffs. Had a great time chatting and interacting with them and were very jolly and helpful. A few names that I enjoyed talking to and were of great help :|Reception and Front Desk - Sweden, Sneha, Chandni, Titania, Minal, Likhin, Vishal and Abhi|House Keeping - Savita, Amol and Deekshit|Concierge - Raju|Spa - Rama and Pramod|Bar - Amit and Thimappa|(Hope I got the names right. May be missed a few names as well) ||The core of the hospitality industry is about providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. I think the staffs mentioned above have done exactly the same. I want to share this experience here , I am from Odisha and recently I came to mangalore with family. My friend suggested to go to Sagar Ratna for breakfast. Was very much happy with the ambience and the greetings by the front office staffs here. Breakfast here was extremely good in terms of quality and quantity. I liked the Dosa ( Sambhar was very good with chutney ). After a visiting few places we again came back to ocean pearl for lunch. This time we visited Coral restaurant and trust me we all were absolutely glad for giving it a try. We tried few starters, fish thali and jilebi rabda. Everything was just woww. The staffs were very kind enough to give the best service though it was quite crowded that day. I would like to recommend this place to all. Worth visiting again! Try street style egg chilly and egg charmuri as well in Mangalore.

Santha and ashok were extremely professional and kind. They went above and beyond with thier hospitality. Its not just them the reception staff the morning dinning staff and all of them beginning from the chaffour and till the exit by the guards they are all excellent with customer service skills. They all go the extra mile which makes the guest feel taken care off. Thankyou so much to the whole hotel staff team. I had an amazing stay here.

The housekeeping is quite impressive. Very neatly maintained with all required services. Specials mentions to Mr. Deekshith and Ms. Savitha on this account. |Very happy and satisfied with the stay. Coming to food, it wasn't bad. Stayed for a week and the food was almost the same everyday. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The housekeeping staff Amol and Savita are very efficient at their job. The staff here are hospitable and go out of their way to make the stay comfortable.. The breakfast is good but could do with variety for long staying guests. Lunch is excellent. Seafood thali is average. Afternoon snacks are amazingly delicious.

Very nice room, Savitha and Deekshith did a great job with the room, we had a lovely stay. The room service was also very nice, it all made our stay very relaxing. The hotel is also in a great location. We would definitely stay again if we ever come to visit Mangalore in the future.

Savitha and Deekshith from housekeeping have been very helpful and kept the room lovely and clean and tidy. They are a delight and were very helpful when we asked for anything extra. Both were very polite as was all the staff . I would recommend this hotel with such lovely staff.

Stayed in the Ocean Pearl 6 nights for a friend's wedding. Central location. Clean amenities. Room was spacious and sparkling clean. I met a couple from room service, Savitha and Deekshith, they were incredibly polite and so meticulous with cleaning our room.|As a constructive feedback to the management, bathrooms may need renovation in near future.
