THE OCEAN PEARL INN

Had a lovely stay at Ocean Pearl Inn. The staff were extremely hospitable and cooperative, making sure everything was smooth and comfortable. Special mention to Rohit ,one of the staff from the restaurant -- he was very kind, polite, and always attentive. His warm service truly stood out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed stay.

A great hotel for family stay. Rooms were neat and clean. Lobbies were well lit and with fresh air. Two lifts, no waiting. Staff are courteous, smiling, friendly, always forthcoming to help. Food is good. Centrally located property.|More value for money.

Great Experience. Very nice and well trained staff. Always ready to serve clients. You will feel nice atmosphere as you enter from main gate. Food is tasty and delicious. Breakfast time Captain is all time busy to serve customers and making them comfortable and happy. GM Mr Chetan and his team thanks for making our Mangalore trip rememberable. Will visit again in future.

Nice and comfy bed and pillows made sure my sleep was great. Their hospitality was enthralling. Room service was great. House cleaning staff ensured my room was neat and clean and fresh also. In addition the food was also yummy. Over all I would rate my stay 9/10

It's a wonderful experience in Asian house restaurant we got a proper fine dining experience. The sushi and dumplings are wonderful. We like the hospitality of manager raveandra and the smiling girl iada. They are really sweet in communication and welcoming

Extremely disappointed with the way the hotel handled our check-in. We had clearly mentioned our arrival time in advance and even paid for early check-in in MakeMyTrip. Despite that, we were made to wait for hours with no clear communication or proper response from the staff. If you're going to charge guests for early check-in, the least you can do is have the room ready as promised. It felt like the staff were completely unprepared and didn't care about the inconvenience caused. This kind of poor coordination and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. Would definitely think twice before booking here again.

Staying at Ocean pearl is like my home stay # positive staff with positive vibes # we always stay in Ocean pearl Udipi # as their was wedding in family This time we stayed at Ocean pearl inn Bejai Mangalore # Guess what same vibes# Polite staff once you entered to hotel till GM you are pampered by them# I can't believe all the staffs of Ocean pearl branches as same behaviour # never say no is their motto # in my family they say i am brand ambassador of Ocean pearl , sure why not I ? They too are in Mangalore but in different hotel and are repending # if you want to treat like a King or live like a King do stay at Ocean pearl property and behave like a King and go home with a good feeling and vibes like a King # love you Ocean Pearl Inn # and sorry Ocean Pearl Udipi this time we were not your guest but as promised to you any celebration in my family will celebrate at your place # kindly note this is not paid review it is my feeling I have poured out and as i am one of badger i will always speak and write truth so that rest of the travellers should get an idea where to go and where to stay?

This place was quite comfortable, with good hospitality and reasonable pricing. The hotel was conveniently located near some well-known restaurants, a beach, and, most importantly, the airport. The food was enjoyable--especially the dosa at Sagar Restaurant, which was delicious. The breakfast buffet was decent, though a bit oily, but acceptable for a one-time experience. In terms of room amenities, I would have appreciated a hairdryer, as it's something essential for quick touch-ups. Other than that, the restaurant was great, and I would definitely recommend this place to others and revisit in the future.
