Super Capital O Sai Arya Residency

Extremely extremely very dirty place and definitely it's not like in photos. I got scammed but you don't. I see bunch of family cockroaches everywhere in the room. Apparently they claim that their bed sheets, pillow covers, towels just came out of laundry but I see lot of oil and other dirty stains everywhere and they denied to charge the sheets upon the request, however, they are very bad at tucking the Bedsheets properly which is the first thing when anybody get disappointed when entered the room. Also, lot of cigarette smell in the lobby areas.

Stayed there for 3 Days and overall experience was good, the fromd desk receptionist was welcoming and had a smile on her face which gave us guests a warm welcome and assuring friendliness. The room initially had a little smoked smell but after complaining it was resolved using freshners. Hot water was 24/7 available no issues with it. Washroom was clean enough. Air Conditioning was working as expected and TV had Set-up box connection with almost all local channels for entertainment. Wifi was available too but at the last day of my stay due to some technical issues it was disconnected. Clean drinking water was 24/7 available for us guests. The hotel is located in centre of city making it accessible for few beaches and malls within 15-20 Kms radius. Overall had great experience and thanks for the stay experience Sai Arya Residency, will visit again during next vacation.

Situated at Pumpwell Circle. I presume the staff are not maintaining the hotel well.We had to insist them to change linen, bed sheets before moving in. Good budget hotel. Could have managed better.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout.I highly recommend Hotel Sai arya for a truly outstanding and comfortable stay.

Parking space is just outside the building for around 7-8 cars ( it is common parking ) Rooms were big, but had some mosquitos in night. Has hot water 24*7 Food delivery is allowed from zomato Swiggy. Water bottles at checkin.

It's one of the best hotels in Mangalore for family stay. Management is so kind and shows flexibility. And Manager Praful is managing very well in all possible ways. But pls don't go with Oyo, 80 percent they will do fraud.pls try other genuine apps

The rooms were completely clean and well organised. The AC rooms were functional in every way possible. The bench inside the room allowed me to work from hotel with WiFi facility. The staff were courteous. However the rates is something that can be relooked into. It has good breakfast, lunch and dinner options nearby
