Building is right beside the NH. Easily accessible location. Rooms are very good indeed. Neat, clean and comfy with very good facilities like large wardrobe and work table as well. A small negative is that, not a large parking space. Ample parking available if rooms are not filled. Overall a very good stay right beside national highway in affordable price.

Rooms were very dirty and dusty, there is no geyser(hot water ) for non AC rooms. they try to push for twin bed first, we had called and confirmed for queen size bed but they provided twin bed .. after a lot of request and showing the dirty bed and dusty room , they did provide another room in which AC was there (converted into non AC) but hot water was not available, next day they wanted us to shift to another room, because they had AC booking, we had to change again to other room which was also dirty and dusty, with dirty wardrobe (pieces of bones inside it) which was not cleaned, which was very inconvenient... felt unsafe and very stressful stay.

Rooms were very clean. The service was also good. They even provided us with warm water on time. Also they allowed us to stay there after 11:30 am as our train was late. Highly recommended. Very near to nitk

The location is really good, exactly on main road, It is the best budget hotel . Price is less compared to others . Rooms are clean and Looking Good .Staff helped us with Auto booking. Also provided us extra hour to stay after checkout time.

Stayed there for 4 nights, good location on highway, not very far from the beach, they have parking also good and huge washrooms

Average Rooms, AC does not work, dont have normal drinking water, service is slow

We stayed the hotel for three days from 11.10.2024 to 14.10.2024 evening. Since the first day to the last day, the staff of the hotel provided prompt and befitting service. The hotel is on NH front and bus, and auto stand is infront of the hotel. The room was maintained neat and cleaned.
