Shree Krishna Palace, Boarding & Lodging

Uncleaned, Unsafe, Rude reception staff. I stay there abt 2-3 hrs. They charge 300. Give me very dirty room. No bedsheet, pillow cover provided. Upon asking gave extra towel as bedding. There was only curtain on window as no glass, railing, shutter to window. When I ask at reception abt this very Rudely replied *Next time we give you good room*

No pallets no any Response furniture not good

Management is very rude and worst behaviour. Don't board the lodge. Even rooms are very old and clumsy. A/C and TV won't work but still they charge heavy.

1. Cleanness of room, bath room, bed sheets, towels are very good 2. Compact room size but double cot is good enough to sleep for 2 adult 1 kid. 3. 24 hrs hot water 4. Way to hotel is not good. Its on main road.

The great thing about Hotel Shree Krishna Palace was that the management was prompt in replying your querries and helping you . We stayed there on 11th and 12th nights in a Double Super Deluxe AC Room which was spacious as was the washroom which was sparklingly clean . Not only that we could enjoy our bath with the hottest water rarely available in mid range hotel . The room had LED TV mounted on a aesthetically provided projection . AC was efficient . We were given two chairs and a central table . A wardrobe was also provided .||||Only problem was the hotel did not have its own restaurant . So our orders even of Tea / Coffee were obtained from the across the road Hotel Sadanand . But it should be stated that whenever we ordered for the same or Idali Vada , we received the same promptly .||||There were 27 rooms in the hotel . The tariffs were : Double Super Deluxe AC Room - Rs 1500 /- per night , Double Super Deluxe Non AC Room - Rs 1200 /- per night , Double Deluxe AC Room - Rs 1200 /- per night , Double Deluxe Non AC Room - Rs 999 /- per night , Single Deluxe AC Room - Rs 900 /- per night and Single Deluxe Non AC Room - Rs 700 /- per night .||||Though the name of the hotel boasts of Palace , it is not a palatial building . It is a commercial building having shops catering to middle class customers on the ground floor . It is obvious that there was no space for your vehicle to be parked . It should be parked alongwith taxies , etc on road at the mercy of the Almighty .||||The bells used to ring loudly which can disturb one .

Rooms are clean. Centrally located. Affordable too. But a BIG MINUS, they don't know the meaning of hospitality. VERY RUDE STAFF. We were searching for our room key as we had too many purses and bags. The manager or whoever was seeing us struggle and could have offered to us to use the spare key to enter our room, and then look for it calmly. Finally, after we found our keys in one of our purses, he exclaims, "that is why customers are supposed to leave the keys at the front" in a sarcastic tone. It was very hot and they refused to turn on the AC because we said we are checking out. The lady at the front checkout was sort of unfriendly too. They should understand that a hotel business has many other parameters involved rather than just providing accommodation. Hope they improve for their own good.

Worst maintained hotel. They supply muddy water and staff were helpless. No room cleaning, no bed sheet changing. No lift, It is on 1st/2nd floor and you need to climb the stairs. No proper support staff. It is an average lodge, face lifted and published in Oyo and other websites as Palace. Actually it is a hut!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. This hotel truly exemplifies the meaning of luxury and hospitality, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
