Had a pleasant stat at Serenity stays. Very accessible location. Pleasant rooms. Would recommend for family and friends.

The rooms are neat and clean. The room service was quite good. The receptionist was very cordial. Overall it's really good stay.

I stayed at this hotel in Surathkal for 4 days, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. However, what truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality of the owner. On the day of our departure, we found ourselves in a tough situation - no UBER or Rapido rides were available, and only 30 minutes remained before our train's departure. Sensing our urgency, the owner went above and beyond by personally dropping us at the station, and he refused to accept any payment for the gesture. It made my stay not only convenient but also memorable. I will undoubtedly choose this hotel whenever I visit Surathkal in the future. Highly recommended!
