We were just eight people on a one-day trip, so we thought of booking a room just to keep our things. That's why we went there. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they said they would charge 2,000 rupees, but after negotiating, we settled on 1,600 and booked the room. They had mentioned earlier that there wouldn't be any facilities for bathing, just a place to keep our stuff, and we agreed to that. I was on my period at the time, and as girls know, it takes a little while--hardly 15-20 minutes to change. As soon as I came out, the receptionist said we took too long just to keep our things. I eventually had to tell him that I was on my period. After traveling for 10 hours, it's normal to need to use the washroom. Then he told me not to use the flush too much. I mean, how can he say something like that to tourists? I'm not talking about money here; this is a matter of basic humanity. It's not just for me; my friends also needed to use the washroom, just to pee. We all took hardly 20-25 minutes to get ready. After checkout, they were asking us for an extra charge of 500 rupees because we used the flush too much and stayed 5 minutes past the checkout time. They were treating us as if we had taken the room for free just to keep our things. After this, I don't know if things will improve or not, but still, I hope others don't have to face the same issues we did. So, before booking this hotel, think about it 1,000 times.

NEVER BOOK A ROOM HERE.. I had read lot of negative reviews, but still gave try. It was a family trip and we made a big mistake by staying at this hotel. One may fall ill if we stay here, don't go by photos uploaded by this property. I would never recommend this hotel. Rooms are dirty and filled with cockroaches. Bedsheets and comforters are not clean. Car parking area is ghost space. AC is never cleaned lot of dirt inside. Washrooms are not clean. TV and WiFi doesn't work. You will be charged extra for even for water bottles. Cons: Rooms are spacious.

Though the room is large but not well kept.No room service.They have tied up with some shady restaurant. TV was not recharged. Mattresses linens were dirty.The only good part was it's cost which with food was coming at 2500 rupees +tax.We did not take the breakfast included given that it was not having its own arrangements. It may be okay for business travel for low budget customer. Not recommended for vacation at all.

Just opposite to Mangalore RTO rickshaw stand. The hotel doesn't have its own kitchen or restaurant. Rooms are decent and under 1500 Rs. Is on 5th floor. Offers great view from window. You can order food from their vendors.

Hotel is located at the centre of the city and very close to the railway station! Well maintained rooms and peaceful place. Hospitality of the staffs were commendable! Only concern is the complimentary breakfast which was unsatisfactory! Yet the hotel is worth the money you pay!

Avoid online payments with Oyo. While check-in, the manager said, that they do not accept payments made online as they have huge dues with oyo. First confirm with the hotel while booking itself, to be on the safer side. Rooms are nice.

Place is good for boys . If are are visiting here as couple then i would like to say never go. As this is not an independent lodge. Its situated on the shopping complex . And place is not that safe too..

Decent hotel for stay in close proximity to service bus station and railway station.. the room and bathroom was clean.. but I felt that the bedsheet and pillow cover weren't replaced..
