I love the service they give from start to end. the receptionist was so caring about the customer i lived 2 days there , the hot water for bathing it's so good we can refer our family and friends if they came to manglore Total it's a excellent room I love it ...

Rooms are congested without proper room service. No hot water for bath. Cockroach, mosquito destroy our sleep. Never dream to stay in this hotel

"Horrible experience at Ocean Grand! The management's behavior is the worst I've ever seen--absolutely disgraceful and lacking basic respect for customers. Their behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. It's clear they have no idea about hospitality or how to treat paying guests. If there were an option to rate '0' or negative, this place truly deserves it. A complete waste of time and money. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Very worst experience with the staff. At the beginning they will be polite and then later they show their hidden face. Please don't book any room unless you are a local person. If you are a traveller or outsiders they will start to do dadagiri. Very worst experience. Don't go here.

Staffs were very friendly and rooms was very clean. The place is very near to kottara chowki bus stand, overall experience was excellent
