Clean, neat, easily accessible, affordable property in the middle of the city. Booked for 1 night for a family of three, triplex deluxe. you can have access to common areas like living ,dining. Parking is also available for travellers with car.

Location is good.Rooms are clean and well maintained. We booked the Villa for 10 days...hosted mehndi function here . Caretakers Ganesh and his family gave us excellent service. Mr. Ashwin ,owner, guided us with his valuable suggestions. Thank you Sir!. We strongly recommend this place as it is safe and secure place .

The room was clean and comfortable, and so was the bathroom. The amenities, such as washing machine, refrigerator and microwave were useful. The caretakers were immensely helpful and were available when we needed them. It felt like a homestay rather than a hotel stay, as the environment was very family styled. Would certainly recommend staying at the Kudla Villa, if you're looking for accomodation in the heart of Mangalore city.

This place is mediocre, to say the least. We had recently reserved the entire bungalow for 4 days and had an underwhelming experience. The good: 1. This place is centrally located. 2. The living room is nice if you have a big group The bad: 1. The rooms are unclean 2. The bathroom is cleaned only once every two days 3. The housekeeping staff is very unprofessional.

It was a very costly stay, and I felt the staff was unprofessional and did not provide basic training for guest handling to the housekeeping staff. I have booked a luxury double room with breakfast. However, the room and toilet were clean. But they haven't provided breakfast or a refund. Because I paid the full amount while booking, while we were in the villa, the staff did not try to contact us for feedback or any concerns. They were all sitting in a closed room and not caring about guests.

Stayed here for one night on my last leg of Business trip in Dakshina Kannada. The USP of this property is its location. It's quite close to all major hubs of the city and you can easily access some good restaurants around. The atmosphere of the bungalow is really great. Spacious common spaces with a minimalistic approach. The interior of the bungalow is decorated with paintings and info bills which depict the rich cultural heritage of Dakshina Kannada district. They have a small lawn in front of the bungalow and a spacious balcony attached to the room as well as to the common area on the first floor which makes it a good place to spend the evening. The property has a clean kitchen with gas stove & refrigerator which can be used by guests as well. Rooms are clean and tidy with all the basic amenities needed like AC, Wardrobe, luggage rack. Some rooms have a work desk too. Bathrooms are very hygienic and have necessary toiletries. You can find the TV in the common area and Wi-Fi routers are also placed in the common areas. The caretaker was very humble and helped me well during the check-in and check-out process. They have a good parking space which can guide 3 cars easily. Please enquire before for the acceptance of cards for the payment. But, they do accept all other kinds of digital payment. Overall, it's a comfortable stay at the centre of the city.
