*Disappointing Stay: Avoid Non-AC Rooms* I booked a non-AC room at this hotel for a short stay of 5-6 hours, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned or maintained properly after the previous guest. There was cigarette ash in the bathroom, which was a turn-off. Moreover, the bedsheets appeared to be unchanged, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Given my experience, I would strongly advise against booking their non-AC rooms. It's clear that they don't prioritize maintenance or cleanliness for these rooms. Rating: 1/5 stars Would not recommend.

One of the worst rooms and worst experience,couldn't sleep even for a minute there will thousand mosquitoes, very unhygienic. On complaining I was given goodknight coil but I was of no use, no blankets, found men's underwear in bathroom. Please don't visit I don't know how come they have such rating

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal Inn, and my experience was truly delightful. From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, especially Receptionist Suraksha who was exceptionally courteous and professional. She ensured a smooth check-in process and was always available to assist with any queries during my stay. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The ambiance of the hotel was inviting, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Additionally, the in-house dining options were impressive, offering a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Overall, Hotel Royal Inn exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations. A special thanks to Suraksha for making my stay even more pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience! (5/5)

Very bad experience, vacated the room immediately. The beds were very old and not clean, sticky floor, no internet, faulty AC, very limited parking. Thanks that money was refunded promptly. The hotel owner should improve the facilities.

Worst of its kind. No hot water available on our day as their heating unit was not working.no intercom so have to call on the mobile for service . No doormats till we had to ask for one. TV remote doesn't work, location is great for access.

It is a Lodge. Did not even have complementary water bottles The towels looked like as they were used for mopping floor Over priced

It's was good ...Good stay but room was dirty not even a single cloth hanger was placed, unsafe as the bathroom window was seen by the opposite apartment room.

Worst room ever in which i have stayed in my life. Furniture in room is completely infected with termites. To fix this the hotel staff had kept 30-40 naphthalene balls in such a small room. I got throat infection due to it. Caretakers are very lazy and when asked to change dirty buckets , they arrogantly replied that you should have checked room properly before selecting. @Karnataka tourism department should take some steps to avoid such experience of tourist visiting in mangalore
