Hotel Plaza Heights by RAK Rooms

I stayed at Hotel Plaza Heights for a weekend. The hotel is right on the highway so it's a bit noisy if your room is facing the front. The hotel does not have any kitchen/pantry as well. The room itself is quite cozy and clean. Overall the tariff was very reasonable - it's really value for money.

Rooms are small , not clean properly , walls are dirty , fans & Ac dont work properly. First room they gave me had too much smoke smell , i had check in the evening but they still didnt had time to spray some room freshner and clear the smoke from the room, had ant infestation too couldnt sleep had to call the reception then got a room change @ 12:30 in the night. Only solo traveller can book this hotel not for family

Perfect and affordable hotel room. Perfectly located and pretty much you can reach any corner of the city from here through public or private transport. Foods/Grocery ordered from other/third party platforms are allowed till rooms.

I was looking for a single room for a night's stay and this hotel more than met the expectation. Small and cozy rooms with clean linens, toiletries, functional AC, coffee maker, car parking slot. Couldn't have asked for more for the price I paid.

Quite a nice and hygienic place to stay.. only reason to the 1 star is the uneducated front end staff. Unable to understand English or Hindi. Arrogance and domestic language jokes. Kindly train your staff for well behave and languages. Else you would end loosing business very often.

Everything was good , I had a great stay here....only thing that I didn't like is unavailability of breakfast/lunch/dinner facility in the hotel

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Location is a good advantage especially for the prices which is relatively cheaper than many similar options.The staff are good and very helpful with good prompt service.The lack of a in house restaurant or at least a small coffee shop as well as the really small sized rooms and the quality of the linen,bathroom fittings and Tv etc are things that are on the negative side.Will suggest a short stay for an individual traveller.
