Hotel Paramount Suites & Service Apartments (Mangalore)

We booked this hotel for four nights, and by the end of our stay, we truly wished we had stayed longer. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable--perfect for a relaxing getaway. The housekeeping, support staff, and reception team were all incredibly polite and always greeted us with a warm smile, which made us feel right at home. There's a convenient restaurant within the building, and the in-room dining service is prompt and efficient. Housekeeping ensured the room was cleaned daily, with fresh linens provided every day. One of the standout features was the excellent WiFi and the 24-hour hot water supply--both of which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel also offers ample parking space, and the security staff is always ready to assist while parking or taking out your vehicle. Overall, an amazing stay that was truly worth every penny. We'll definitely be booking this place again on our next visit!

Bad environment... I stayed one day recently, the room was fully smell with cigarette smoke. I informed them they put room freahner, but small was there entire day during my stay.. Further AC cooling also not working, the room temperature was same as morning temperature at ouside. But thet did nt compramise on room rent..

The rooms are clean, spacious with ample parking space in the adjacent ground. The basic amenities needed are well provided for a comfortable stay. It's an absolute value for money.

I had booked Paramount Hotel for a couple of days initially, but ended up staying there for 5 days. The housekeeping staff clean the rooms and change the linen daily. They have room service for food and have a good space for parking. One of the great advantages for me was the WiFi with very good speeds. I was able to take work meetings seamlessly. The reception staff is very polite and prompt in answering any queries you may have during the stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Paramount, and would love to visit it again.

Rooms are ok but not worth the price. Service is very bad. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I ordered food from ground floor. It took hotel management 1.5 hours and 5-6 times follow up, to get the food. Even after mentioning multiples times that room phone is not working, it was never replaced. Advice - price of the room should match the service

They have very good rooms but it's a little costly compared to other hotels available nearby. When we called the Receptionist they didn't respond properly. The parking facility is there but not that great.

Great location, right in the city. Views outside are average as the windows open to city view. Rooms are big and clean. The service has been great. It's a service apartment with basic amenities like a fridge, induction stove and a kettle. There are not many utensils if you wish to cook. The bathroom is neat and clean with hot water available. Car parking is available in the basement if you're lucky else you can park outside in the vacant plot beside.
