old hotel- modest rooms - bed sheets and towels are kind of old. Recommended only if you are looking for budget rooms. Staff behaviour is good.

It's very near to the KSRTC Bus stand Rooms are very clean and hygiene. If we actually talk about the staf n room boys they're very kind hearted trust me u can never go to other hotel's if u visit this hotel

I stayed for a night here. The location is very close to the KSRTC stand. I managed to check-in at 11.30pm thanks to the 24*7 reception, which is a plus. There is a rickshaw stand downstairs where you can get autos as early as 5:30am. The room was sufficiently sized for two people. However, the property seems to be old and not in tiptop condition(linen was spotty). The room is clean however & the air conditioning was working properly. I could sleep in the room as, there was no noise from the outside(2nd floor AC room). The staff is polite and helpful. Overall, a good budget stay if you are looking for accommodation near KSRTC.

The hotel is situated in a weird setting with no proper ventilation. We stayed on the floor just opposite the reception and dining room. It was noisy and the experience was pathetic. People kept making noise not letting us have a peaceful sleep. The smell of food from the dining room keeps circulating on the floor without proper ventilation and makes it harder to breathe. Room - The bed sheets seemed pretty old and soiled. The only positive was that the room was kept neat and tidy. Service - Had a pretty decent service except for one morning where we had to remind for coffee a couple of times. There is a restaurant on the third floor which is good for a single or group of men to have a party and eat good food but not recommended for couples. You might have to adjust with the liquor smell. Parking - No dedicated parking space. Just in front of the hotel. Security assigns a parking space and we need to park our car there. Response to the owner - I have raised a concern and moved to another hotel (Bhumi Residency - 10 times better than what i experience in your hotel) during the second day of our stay. I am not spreading false information. I am not trying to soil your reputation. I shared my experience and I am entitled to do it.

This hotel is located near to the KSRTC bus stand and Bharat Mall, decent rooms for decent prices. Rooms services are very good.

I'd especially like to write this review for the staff here. I forgot my charger in my room and realised it later in the evening after checking out of the room, when I called the manager he asked me not to worry we'll check and let you know once we find it. The manager called me back to let me know they have found my charger and can collect it on your way back. As a solo traveller and staying in lots of places around the different cities, this place was the best of all being the service, rooms and the all the staff so genuine and understanding.
